The ABC's of Trip Planning, Pt 1- K is for Keeping Things Kooky- Drinks V-Z; pg. 197 + New Link

Thoughts and prayers and ::MinnieMo my friend!

You GOT this!

THANKS!! I did what it took to get me out of this hole! It feels good!

Thinking good math thoughts for you....crossing fingers and toes too!

I needed all of everything you could cross! Thanks SO much!!!!

I still need to reply to your latest PTR update, but I wanted to chime in and say that I'll be pulling for you at 2:00 today. It will give me something positive to think about as I sit down in that dentist chair!

You got this! Third time is a charm. Just take your time and be calm.

I hope your dentist appt went very well! Dentists are no fun, so I'm glad I could give you something to take your mind off the whole things. :)

Hi Liesa, because of the different time zones I'm never really sure when your tomorrow starts … Anyway, good luck for the math test!!!

Thanks, Katharina! I'm not sure either, except I THINK that our evening is YOUR late afternoon. We're just a about 8 hours BEFORE you. I think. LOL!

I am with my sister on the tomorrow confusion, but sending lots of good math thoughts!

Thank you very much for the good thoughts! It was so very stressful knowing today could have been my last until I either found another program or could re-enter this one next year.... or beyond.

I'll clarify as I am in her time zone. The test should be over by now or just almost.

YOu were almost to the minute!

Is it just me or is everyone on pins and needles waiting to see how the math test went?

OUCH!!!

Awesome! I was just wondering how you had done! And I'm sighing a big sigh of relief, right along with you! You've come so far, it would've been crazy to get stopped by such a silly set of errors!

You go, girl!

PHEW!!!!

I KNOW!! Crazy that ONE calculation (or actually 3, since we get 3 tries) could end 4 years of very hard work! But THAT exam is behind me... now to focus on Regular Exam #1 exactly a week from today.

So... you not only got 100% but 110%!

3/20= .15 -------> 15% + 100%= 115%. ;)

Pfftt... Mere child's play to someone of your obvious talents.

We'll see. To be honest, I"m scared as more than heck. Ventilators, zillions of IVs, EEK!!

Good for you! Well deserved!

I got snowflakes... Wanna see??

I KNEW you could do it! I've been checking in here ever since I got out of my dentist appt. So glad to hear that is behind you! Have a glass of wine or a martini as well to celebrate! In fact I'll start celebrating on your behalf as well! :drinking:

I like how you party!!! :)

I had a glass of ice water with lime infusion, and a grilled tuna, pepper jack, tomato open-faced English muffin.

SO MUCH TO DO!!! Need to print about a ream of crap tonight... so can't be tipsy. That'll come Wednesday after I PASS my first exam. RIGHT?!

Checked in to see if there was any news, and there was! Congrats. I knew you could do it, but also know how stress can make a person whiff on an easy question and hoped that didn't happen in this case. Great job, now get back to work! ;)

:dancer::dancer: That's me. On the inside. Too much to do to bust out my moves right now. Replies then back to it....

Good advice.

OMG, I am going to go celebrate on my treadmill!! So happy for you and your pretty toes! :cheer2::cheer2::cheer2::cheer2::cheer2::cheer2:

You are celebrating like my extra 15 pounds would want me to party. :lmao::lmao: I love my snowflake toes!!!

Congratulations !!!!

Way to go!

Great job!

Woo hoo!!!

ok, so yeah I was 5 pages behind :scared1: What can I say.... December was a crazy month... and I don't just mean of the Advent/Christmas jolly crazy... I mean crazy with ER visits, an overload of doctors appts and me getting sick for two weeks (I don't get sick) so yeah. Any hooo, I've kept up mostly with your school new via facebook, but WOW!!! I think I missed some stuff, Hooray for the new engagement, so fun to have another wedding in your family [I grew up Catholic, but my parents were holiday Catholics, so yeah:cutie:, my husband is staunch Catholic (theology teacher), so moving along..., lol ] Your AKL plans sound AMAZING!!!! And at the AK park too. We love visiting with all the animals... sometimes I worry they might keep my two animals though :rolleyes1. LOVE LOVE LOVE your Disneyland photos, brings back such great memories, as a child that is where we went every year, it wasn't until I was an adult I experienced WDW for the first time. Love the pedi, congrats on passing your Math exam, and good luck on this term.pixiedust:

I'm finally caught up on your report! Lots of stuff going on in your life right now. Hang in there and good luck with this term.

And so it begins.....

I'm going to have to bow out for a few days while I do something very close to messing my pants over the material for the first exam.

Feel free to roam about the cabin.

One word to help out in difficult times such as these.

Depends.

You're welcome.

I have been away for awhile and had lots to catch up on. Congrats on the engagements. Great job on latest Math test.
I was born in Guam and always wanted to go back, but the prices are $$$$$. I remember hearing that my parents would fly my grandma out to visit, because 1 airfare was cheaper than 3 or 4 for them to fly back. They weren't military, so no hops available.

My sister and brother-in-law needed to do the civil ceremony in order for her to be added to his orders to England. (It had to be a civil ceremony due to him being Catholic and the church not recognizing the marriage otherwise). They had the ceremony back at his parents house later, right before they moved. It was a whirlwind. They got married (civil) in March, had the Catholic ceremony in July (after my sister went through a class) and moved to England in August. They had been dating and not engaged when he got his assignment. So, this was all very rushed. It was hard to find a civil ceremony place in Reno, NV. We thought it would have been easier than it was. So, the little Reno ceremony, just a couple of his friends, my parents and I and the couple, of course, were there. We didn't go to the "official" wedding. We weren't invited, but that was ok. Being in the military means making sacrifices. Neither of the ceremonies is what they would have wanted if they could have chosen. They will have been married 26 years this March and they have no regrets how it all played out.

Oh, by the way, my parents loved Guam. We moved back to the States when I was 3, so I don't remember it. But for them, it was the perfect place to start off their married life.

Drive by post while I "take 10"...

Just to say I ordered my first Disney Gift Card through my Disney Visa for a nice whopping $200 bucks!!

party::dancer:party:

In addition, I also had a NICELY lucrative sale on EBay yesterday and my PalPal should be $100 fatter by Monday when the shipment arrives. Ka-ching. (Sorry FB Friends, I know some of this is duppie info.)

:banana::jumping1::banana:

Budgeting $150/ day for food, that's 2 days of Eats taken care of in a matter of 2 days! It MIGHT be one meal's worth of nom-noms for me, however, if my little ol' brain keeps ruminating on a specific... shall we say... idea. As the trip gets closer, I may be adding something I've had my eye on for about a decade.

Meanwhile, I'll catch up on a couple replies, but need to get back to this:

Hope you all are having a simply Magical Day!!! Kisses...

So I'm finally getting a chance to comment on your tenting update. Switching to AKL, you will love it! Are you staying at Kidani or Jambo? I really love Kidani, but Jambo is nice as well. We are planning a similar day to your (without the changing resorts to AKL) but we are going to have at late lunch at Sanaa before heading over to the AK to see the nighttime spectacular. I thought you might appreciate this Disney Blog post.

New Entrees at Sanaa

Enjoy!
