Sadly, I go with grand plans to eat all the things. But it's usually just me and I can only ever seem to be able to get to 3 or 4 as I fill up just too darn fast.

Too many snacks, too few days.

I remember you writing about your diving adventures there and interacting with the kiddos. How fun that would be. Except the kids wouldn't want to see my having a panic attack so I'll leave that up to you.

I always have eyed the sweaters both in Norway and in the UK. I've always wanted an Irish-style cardigan, but from Disney...yeah, no.

My mum used to knit Aran cardigans for friends and family. People would buy the wool ( it’s expensive enough though not Disney expensive ) and she’d knit whatever pattern they chose.
There was a lot of time and effort involved and I can’t tell you how many childhood evenings I spent holding my hands out about 10 inches apart while she unravelled balls of yarn to knit.
There’s so much skill involved in hand knit Arans.
I kept the cardigans and hats she knit my kids as toddlers and my grandkids have worn their mum’s when they were wee.

What a wonderful gift from your mum! And you even got to be part of it all. Maybe someday I'll get myself to Ireland and that whole area and you can show me some of this artwork! I'd love to admire it!!
