The 3 most Pops (Sodas) you drink

Growing up in CA-Coke, Oklahoma for 7 years, called soda. I have no idea why we call it coke.

I don't drink a lot of soda but when I do:
After Chinese food or anything salty I crave diet pepsi
Shasta Black Cherry (hate anything else Shasta but love the black cherry)

Sparkling water or club soda at home, occasionally diet Coke/Pepsi when at a restaurant.

I rarely drink pop (soda) anymore but my 3 top choices would be:

1. Vernor's
2. Root beer (any, but preferably Barq's)
3. Orange Crush

(Now I really want a Vernor's. :))

We do drink a lot of seltzer at home, and I usually get unsweetened iced tea out.

It was pop growing up in the western part of the state. We moved a bit southeast, and it's now soda.

Soft drinks here:

Don't drink them very often

1. Diet Coke
2. Diet root beer
3. A few times a year a fountain Big Red

Dr. Pepper is pretty much the only thing I drink...morning, noon and night. At Disney I have to drink Coca-cola to get my caffeine fix or I get headaches. I will occasionally have a sprite.

Here in Texas it is all coke and then you specify what kind. I can't tell you why, that's just how it is.

I rarely drink soda anymore, but when I do:

1.Ginger Ale
2. Vanilla Pepsi (Real Sugar type)
3. Dr. Pepper

OK, you captured my curiosity. What constitutes "good ice"?

I can't really describe what I consider my favorite ice. It's kind of crushed and soft, though that's not really a good description...I know it when I chew it. :) I'm a fan of most ice, though. When I want an iced tea at McDonald's, I go inside instead of through the drive-thru so that I can fill my cup with ice and then fit the iced tea in. Even when I ask for extra ice, they never use as much as I'd like (probably because most people want more drink and less ice).

That I agree with. I don't know why most people cannot grasp the concept of Iced Tea. It is made with a lot of Ice which eventually melts down to form more tea which consists of 99.9% water to begin with. I cannot tell you how many times I have asked them to fill it up with ice after they have handed me a luke warm cup of Tea. More drink and less ice may work for sodas or alcohol, but, for Iced Tea ice is a requirement. :)

Don't you just hate it when you go to a restaurant and they give you about 2 ice cubes in your iced tea? And they just brewed it so it is warm anyway and the ice is gone before you can even pick it up?

Don't drink much soda anymore, mostly when I'm out, and then it's classic Coke as a treat. I've never liked the taste of Pepsi and will pass on it if that's all that's available.

1. Coke
2. Mountain Dew (very rarely)
3. Cranberry Sprite (when it comes out once a year :) )

I call it Pop- grew up in Pittsburgh. Now live in Central Pa- Hershey and everyone here calls it Soda.

I only have one pop a week on Friday with pizza. Coke Zero Cherry. My all-time fave.
