Thanksgiving week vs Presidents week

Hi - I'm new to the boards and am looking for some advice:
Which week is less busy?
Are Holiday decorations up for Thanksgiving week?
I'm pretty sure we'll (husband, 8 year old daughter and self) be staying in a cabin at Fort Wilderness;
Any other word of advice?

We went for Presidents day and it was SO crowded. Thanksgiving wasnt as crowded, We did go epcot so i'm not sure if that makes a difference or not.
I think that they will have up the christmas decorations by thanksgiving.
Between the two date I would much rather go on thanksgiving again.
