I'm home today taking care of a sick CapeCAD  We had to miss the DIS/VMK meet in Boston, so I decided to give the Quests a try.

I have to say that I had a lot of fun doing these quests because they brought back so many wonderful memories of when my DSs were little, and all of the Disney movies we watched together! I was amazed at how many answers I knew/remembered! :teeth: I also remembered how my DMom used to watch and enjoy these same Disney movies with us each time she visited. My mom's been gone for several years now, but DSs and I have some wonderful memories, and many of them include all of us watching "Beauty and the Beast", the Winnie the Pooh video tapes, "The Little Mermaid", "Cinderella", etc etc etc.

So Disney...and VMK... thanks for the memories you brought back, today! :cloud9:

Yes. Doing these quests have made me remember lots of things that I had forgotten.

It's also a nice way to give exposure to some of the "forgotten" films.

Yesterday and today are really the first quests I have done and besides all the disconnects and crashing I have to admit they are fun!

Hope CapeCad feels better soon...... :goodvibes

your really funny, this thread is a stroll down memory lane and it seems to me my memory was working for you.......

Now I really enjoy these quests, they were lots of fun, I preferred the Prince and Princess one, due to the fact that I knew all but one answer....lol....as for the music one, that was a little more difficult for me and I it took me over four hours to finish with dc and slow loading included but I got through it....the question that really got me was the Mr Toad one, I had forgotten all about that movie and did have to have help on that answer....but I would like to see more of these quests, they were alot of fun, even if my memory had to work for two....rofl

LOL, I think each of us Disney fans has a different "Which quest is easier" experience.

I _loved_ the music trivia quests. We listen to various Disney CD's just about every day while driving the Beasts to daycare, and have about 5 or 6 books of Disney music compilations. Also, I really liked both Prince / Princess quests, because, like CapeGirl / SeaSpray, have many fond memories of watching all the animated classics (we have them all on DVD).

But yesterday's Park trivia quest... that's another story. That was straight Google searching, one after another. That was painful.

Nice Post! I agree this was a great stroll - reminds me I need to pull some more videos out.

I need to find my Fox and the Hound video - I have been singing Best of Friends all night long.

Cannot wait for today's quests.
