I got a PIN!!!!!

I took the DIS Boards advice and sent away for another DVD....I even asked for DVC information. I just got the below email today. We are going Jan 9-17 and hope they will allow us to push the Dec. deal date back a little. I am also holding my breath waiting for a great Jan deal!!!! We have used the free dining on a previous trip but I never knew to look or ask for a code....Thank you DIS'ers...Without you I would be paying full price (yet again.. )


Any advice or tips....I'm all EARS!!!!!

If I can't find a better deal I'll ask if they'll let me push it into Jan. I have heard on this board CM's doing this for others. As I have learned from this board...You'll always pay full price unless you ask for, or look for a deal!

DH sent away for the planning DVD and he got an email from disney destinations yesterday - unfortunately, it was only to let us know that Buzz Lightyear was sent into space. That's nice, but a code would've been nicer.

I agree! I order the WDW DVD, as well as the ones for the cruise line and DVC about twice a year hoping for a code and have yet to receive one.

I thought $82 was rack rate for the value resorts in value season? As to pushing discounts into 2009 I don't think that can be done since the 09 rates aren't even in their system accurately. I remember last year that you could book the following year but were told that rates would be adjusted later down the line. Hopefully though there will still be a discount for January, just released a little closer to 09.---Kathy
