I just got off the phone with him - made my June 2010 room only ressies! he was excellent, fun to talk to, very much keeping the magic alive! Thank you thank you thank you!!! I hear horror stories about the reps others get and I was nervous to call!

Believe it or not, I think that we had Farris too when we made our Disney World reservation! He was fantastic.

Yes...I am actually now looking at my paper that I took notes on from when we made our reservation. I have "Farris" written down on the page, so it must have been him!
