I had ressies with a GREAT rate for AKL in June. Due to DH's work, we had to change our dates. There was nothing available for the new dates at AKL at all. 
I cancelled the ressies.
I decided to try for Contemporary, so I called back -- nothing. Wilderness Lodge? Nope. I asked again about AKL and yes, there was room, but at a much higher rate. I chatted with COCO and she said, "Let's see if we can work some magic." She was able to get the me dates I needed, and for $1 less than I was paying before! I thanked her and she was very nice, but I wanted to let all of you know how great COCO at CRO is!
