Thanks to all who gave me great tips on pilates DVDs. I ordered two DVDs on Amazon and rec'd them really fast.

I chose the "Pilates for Beginners" and a "10min Pilates" DVD. I am incorporating a 20 min pilates workout in addtion to 3-4mi. Walk Away the Pounds, each day. I feel great. Will let ya know any results in a few weeks.

I have added a 30-40 min. pilates workout to my daily exercise rountine, which already inclyded 30+ mins. of Walk Away the Pounds. It's been about two weeks and I am feeling much more confident of my pilates form and am really enjoying the workouts.

I do my walking workout first and work up a good sweat...then do the pilates, because in seems to limber me up and actually calm and relax me.

In only two weeks I have noticed a big different in my flexibility and the lumps and bumps around my middle seem to be smoothing out. I can definantly tell my abs are getting flatter. The love handles are melting!!! Now, if I could just figure out a way to get rid of the saggy belly skin. But with the help of my workouts the excess skin ( from a 65lb weight loss) is slowly dissolving.

Thanks again for encouraging me to try pilates, I really love it and it has made me feel and look stronger and leaner in a few short weeks. Can't wait to see the results after several more months.

I do have one question. Since starting the pilates, I feel stronger and leaner, especially in the torso....but I have gained a couple of pounds. I follow WW and those pounds don't seem to budge. Would you say this is normal, taking in consideration, incorporating the pilates into my nightly workouts??
