I just want to express how much I love these boards and the people on them! Everyone is helpful and nice!
Recently I posted a complaint about a problem I had with a company at a website designed for such purposes. The reason I did that was because I couldn't find any contact info for customer service to complain directly to the company and I just needed to vent! The website also tries to send the complaints to the company too (at least that's what they say.) Anyhow, they allow people to comment on the things you post. (Why? Who would care if my pizza was screwed up and I couldn't get anyone to deal with it!) The people who hang out and reply to posts on that board are rude. They're obviously just trying to get a rise out of people. (Thereby taking away the benefit of having vented to begin with!) (And I rarely vent, BTW.)
I appreciate how supportive and kind people are here!
