You were so wonderful to us! We had reservations for a standard room, and we had faxed a request for a standard room with any kind of view at all of the animals -- even the tiniest glimpse of the place where they hose them down at night! You gave us a totally unexpected upgrade to a pool view room which was on the third floor -- high enough to see a piece of the Arusha savannah! We were so thrilled to be able to see animals from our balcony -- even giraffes!
