Test Track availability as the 4th fastpass?

Does anyone have experience with trying to get a Test Track fastpass as your fourth option? We are going next week for a quick three day trip. We arrive at 9:00 am and hope to be in Epcot by noon (staying at Boardwalk villas). I made three fastpasses but two of them are before noon (don't care to use them). I have Soarin from 12:00 - 1:00. I am hoping that after I use this I can get a fastpass for Test Track for three of us. Do you think any with be available then?

If there are any available, they'll probably have a fairly late return time, unless you are able to snag someone's cancellation.

When we were there last week, we got TT for 5:00 at 11:45 or so. There was a slot open at 1:55, but we had a conflicting ADR. Availability after 5:00 was pretty good as of 11:45. The earlier you can get to the kiosk to make the 4th FP, the better.

Last month (May 22 I think), we tried for TT as our 4th FP at between noon to 12:30 pm. They were gone for the day. We choose Soarin' as out Tier 1, thinking at least TT has single rider line as an option. (They have single rider for Soarin' out at DCA, but not at Epcot )

So, we went to Epcot two half days, and did Soarin' one day, and TT the other.

Thank you for your replies. We are going to be at Epcot all day so it is fine if it is a late return time. Where is the closest kiosk to Soarin? Is there a map anywhere that shows the kiosks throughout the park?

Sat 5/31 (a 6 day @ EP per touringplans.com), at 12:45 we booked a 7:45 TT FP+ for our 4th FP+.

The Easywdw cheat sheets have maps of FP+ kiosks for every park. I want to say there is a kiosk in the old Soarin’ FP machine location, but I am not sure. I know Innoventions, near the Character Spot, and by the times board are definite locations...

Just to add that on our day, 12-12:30 pm, even Maelstrom was gone for a 4th FP option.

I think we did not even take a 4th FP that day. I wish they allowed you to add the 4th FP a different park (I mean to make it AT one park, for another park later on that day or at evening. I am aware you can make the 4th FP+ at another park, but not until you arrive at that 2nd park). If you are taking a break at your resort, that does not really help much.

Just an FYI-I snagged FP+ for test track yesterday-and we leave next week. I think it was because of the changing of the tiers - I originally had Soarin, Misson:Space and Living with the land (which i really could care less about but kept because you basically have to sign up for 3 initially); with the Tier Change I went back in to play-and see what I could get; and what do you know-LWTL became a Tier 1 (??!!) so I switched that out for TT. This may possible mean more FP+ available for TT later in day?

There is a kiosk in the Innoventions tunnel between the fountain area and the Land. I used it for my 4th fastpass on my arrival day around 6:30, the only things available were Nemo & Imagination. I was hoping for Malestrom but it was gone. It turned out Malestrom was a walkon when I got over there.

You got Soarin and TT for the same day? How did you do that???

There was a glitch in the system when they were reconfiguring the tiers.
