:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

wear that ocm.....you won't even been seen!!!!!

::yes:: For the next three weeks, at least. Next week, I'll be pretty swamped and then the two weeks after that, I won't even be at my desk. I'll be in a big conference room with our whole team doing contract negotiations with 12 different ocean carriers. So I'll be non-existent, for the most part, after next Thursday (I'm on vacation Friday -- we're going to Great Wolf Lodge for the weekend :thumbsup2 )

wow....you are going to be busy!!! hope you get to stop by to say hi in those couple of weeks...if not have a great time at GWL....that is a fun place to go!:thumbsup2

ocm - that dress would suit you:thumbsup2 i'm @ the point where i tan to hide my wrinkles;) i hope.

Tried using the Jergens cream that's supposed to give you a light tan, gradually. Now I'm an odd sorta color; have stopped using it. Started a new face cream made by Aveeno; it gave me such a weird rash - i'm getting sensitive in my old age I guess. Time to find a big paper bag

give me all your Disney Dollars and no-one gets hurt;)

pam - i find making major home purchases very stressful, agonize obsessively as to the "right choice":confused3 . I usually go with a berber area rug (over hardwood) anyway since i've got so many pets (their toenails tend to get caught in the pile - weird).

bob - lucky you, a nice break for the family.:cool1:

I was thinking of doing wood floors at once upon a time but decided against it....have to keep my dear ole dad in business...he is a carpet layer--i can always find someone really cheap to put my carpet down:rolleyes: my whole house is carpet but my bathrooms and my kitchen.

I would give you my DD's but I have no!!!

evening all!

Is it snowing yet for some of you????

It is suppose to rain here tomorrow but i don't think it is suppose to snow here.

i vote for the camflouge /sp dress. the one that ed has.

if you are nice, maybe ed will share his dress with you.....:rolleyes1

it's about time for the sun to set and i haven't been able to play here all day.

i'll come back later to see you all

Evening....WOW, that heavy rain turned into snow and freezing rain around 11 a.m....so we all sat and watched it snow, plus tried to do some work, so I never got back on here to chat. We left around 2:45 I guess, it wasn't too bad coming home, very slushy, just had to be careful and watch the other nuts speeding around....stopped by grocery store, came home, sat in recliner, watched the last 3/4 of Officer & A Gentlemen (what a great movie:) ), and took a nap, and here it is almost 8 p.m...:scared1: So much for getting off early:goodvibes

Ed, don't ever behave, we wouldn't like you well behaved;)

KS, GO River Rats tomorrow.....and I too like to tan. I used the Jergens stuff, but I find it smells so bad after I put it on, and I do it before going to bed and that is all I smell all night..:headache:

The camo dress is loverly....:lmao: I would go with that, with a cute helmet covered with brush would be so becoming:laughing: I still think the kiddoes could march down the aisle alone and be just fine, with you waiting on the sidelines or sidepews willing to give assistance.

Bob, sorry you are so busy. So what is it that you negotiate about ocean liners for? OH....a weekend getaway, sounds groovy...have a blast:banana:

Gant, oh Mr. Robot, we do miss you.....come play soon

Mac, how much snow did you get? Is ds eating you out of house and home yet? :goodvibes

Pam, thanks for the cactus trivia...I love cactus, especially the bush size agavi's and all that are in yards out there. KS, that would be in Phoenix. Wherever they were isn't far from where they live, but not sure exactly where it was. I just love cactus and the Arizona mountains, they are too cool to look at......

Waiting for the 3 hr. time difference so I can call my munchkin for his birthday...usually I fall asleep before it's time to get ahold of them...but tonight I'm gonna try and get the call in before I close my eyes

guess i'll have to get DH to explain the carpet joke;)

Spent an hour @ the post office for passports (and I had the forms completed on line before we went):confused3 I explained to my DS the perc of getting a government job - only requirement to keep your job apparently is to show up & breathe.:rolleyes1The line kept getting longer behind us, clerk commented "...good, now I'll get overtime...". popcorn:: Also, got to explain the term "going postal". I'd like to think of it as an educational field trip.

mic - hope you stay awake to make your call, do the Dew...I drank several glasses of diet Mt. Dew @ the Chinese buffet; i'm still bouncing.

Keisha the easiest way to explain it is I always get a brazillian wax. So, I have hard wood floors. Those that don't wax or use coochie cream have carpet.;)

no snow here.
the midwest decided to share it with the easterners.......

we like to take turns.

but, it is 28 here now and that is not bad for us.

sweets, i think your kids should dress up rambo style for the wedding so they will match you in the camo dress. mic had that one right.

mic, keep those peepers open so you can make that call tonight.

keisha, i didn't get the joke.

Evening all......managed to stay awake, and make my phone call, and the little imp wouldn't talk to me:rotfl: Son said he had no nap today and he was wired, so I'll try again over the weekend.......LOL....but oldest grandson talked to me, to tell me "it's hot out here Grandma, almost 90 degrees"...:scared1:

Oh my gosh, speaking of waxing and hardwood floors and carpeting...remember Ed and his Black & Decker bush trimmer:lmao: :rotfl:
We have had some good fun together over the last couple years here....KS, if you ever get bored, go back and read some of the early days of this thread, they are always good for a laugh. I love to go back and read through them from time to time, they always crack me up:cutie:

Off to bed, and mac, thanks for finally getting rid of that snow and sending it to me:headache: .......BOOOOOOOO PHEWEY ON SNOW...hope it makes a grand exit tomorrow...one good thing though, my new little buggy is making its way around in bad weather...:)

Tripping down memory lane.........

down by the river in the van with the bug zapper on the porch

 :grouphug:

I think OCMS skinny dipping in the cement pond again.

memory lane is so much fun mic.

remember when we had this one going?

sorry the little didn't talk to you.
call tomorrow before nap time to catch him..

i think your older gs is going to be a weather man!!

Night all...see ya tomorrow........

It's dang cold......brrrrrr...what happened to our 72 degrees 2 days ago:confused3

Let's see, I have to tuck everyone in, then I have to lift the mattress and tip everyone out......hmmmmmmm....I don't like playing mother to you guys...;) so GET UP, GET MOVING, it's the day to play and relax......oh, I slept til 9....:lmao:
