Deena - I hope Connor feels better before Thursday night. Sounds like he would be missing one cool show, plus it miserable when your kids are sick.

Tony - I hope you start feeling better

Mac - Im glad yoru baby is getting on a plane to come home.

Mic - I would love to answer people with WTH do you want too. Damn that would feel good.

Ed - one more sleep for you!!! WHOO HOOO

Pam - hope you get your computer back soon.

Gant - I hope to at least get another quickie today :smooth:

Keisha - Mic had a good point..you never told us the doggie's name

Morning all...

on the run as usual...seems though, that a lot of hugs :grouphug: are needed for the group this morning....

Both Connors: Hope the sickie one is feeling much better today, Scooby is waiting, so rest up!! The injured Connor, OH MY, that had to be an ouchie for sure...5 stitches, what a brave boy! Hope it isn't hurting much today

Mac, what was the outcome on your son returning home? Hugs to you my friend

Still thinking good thoughts for our Aubrey too, I thought about her a lot last night.

Have all our little ones on here given their Santa requests yet? What is the standout present each wants this year? My grandson's are into GI Joe...go figure?? my son's played with those, but it made shopping easier, just went online and ordered a bunch of stuff to ship to them. Play Doh (yuck) was a request also...grandma does as she is asked :p :cloud9:

And a big good morning hug to everyone!!! :grouphug:

Catch ya later my friends

My kids want the dance3 pad for playstation 2. We have the karaoke Revolution Party so that they can sing and dance at the same time while being judged. They know they only get one request..so that is it.

I also have a pinball game for Nico and a Buzz Light Year Varsity Jacket. Julie is getting the Jasmine costume and I need one more gift for her. Sam is my hard one this year.

This weekend I need to shop for St Nicholas Day.

Morning all

It's trash day here tomorrow, so I definately need to finish throwing out all the left overs. And beleive me, I had a ton of food left over.

good morning all.

keisha, that is one cute baby !!

i like how the eyes are stationed on his little head.

does he sleep with you? i think he is gorgeous.

got son, had issues in mexico of course. they made him pay additional money before he could board the plane, long story but got home at 2:20 this morning.

i was going to try to sleep in today but that darn cat cried non stop for me to get up and feed her at 6:45.

i need more coffee, i am walking around in a fog.

what is everyone doing on hump day today??

Hello all.
Connor is doing better, its just very tramatic thing for a 5yr old.
He is resting today he didn't want to go to school, I think more from being embarassed with the big ol' white bandage wrapped around his thumb than anything and it will be good for him to rest before we take our big trip.

I think we all being feeling better when we see this tomorrow.

Great photo Ed.......yep, that should make the boo-boo feel much better :thumbsup2

Yoda is a cute name..I like it...he is a cutie. Now it belongs to your son right?
Grand-fur-mommy :teeth:

What am I doing on hump day? Making 50 cents.......... :p

Glad son is home, I'm sure you are relieved

Afternoon everyone!

Thanks for all the well wishes and prayers. Aubrey's surgery will be an outpatient surgery. She will get to come home as soon as she can keep something down. They will go in and make an incision in the outer part of her eyeball and tighten the muscles in each eye. She has had it done before...when she was 2. The worst part of it was that her years were red for a good month and a half and she kept telling everyone not to look at her because she had ugly eyes :(

The computer people have not even called to tell me for sure what is wrong with my freakin' computer!!!! I am soooo frustrated with compusa it isn't even funny!

I have been catching up on my 13 loads of laundry...down to my last load sitting on the floor. I'm not kidding...i haven't done laundry since last wed. :)

For x-mas trent is getting an electric guitar as his big gift. Noah a drum set, and aubrey is getting a few things as her big gift...she is getting baby chou-chou, a dance pad you hook upto the tv, and probably a few things for her dollhouse she got last year.

mic--you are such a good gma!!!
mac--glad your son is home!
ks--cute puppy! I like the name too!
ocm--sounds like your kids are all set up this year. I think it does get harder and harder every year to pick that great gift for you kids!
bob--i saw that pic too...very cute!!
tvt--how did the meeting go with the people coming to see you?
ed--sorry to hear about the accident! I hope you have a great time in disney...we will miss you!
deena--hope your ds feels better soon.
adam--sounds like you will be catching a break soon with the week of x-mas off!

Have a good day everyone!

Hiya Pam....computerless lass that you are...yes we miss you as much as you miss us :goodvibes

I'm ready to shoot my phone on my desk, it AGAIN is ringing non-stop today........grrrrrrrrrr

pam - perhaps a very cool, grown-up pair of pink tinted sunglasses would make her feel more confident? Hopefully, she'll forget about the whole ordeal since she's so young.

ed - that pic sez it all, that's when we give that big collective sigh too.

hmmm...grand-fur-mommy, has a certain ring to it:teeth: . He just comes to visit, DH has a bet that they'll tire of it soon & it'll be dumped in our lap. We seem to be an un-official humane society for unwanted pets. sure hope not though!

Very few rules in my loosey-goosey house:

1) bow every morning to the Disney shrine in the living room;)

2) no members of the opposite sex in the boys bedrooms

3) no booze/tobacco/illegal substances are to be consumed by minors - period.

4) wear your clothing in public areas (that includes no running around in boxer briefs) and

5) no pets in the bedrooms (2 sons w/mild asthma)

Perhaps I should expand my horizons, anyone want to chime in w/their house rules?

I run around in the girl boy shorts.. but those are my Jammies and I wake up and get up with them. So, I wouldn't be able to follow your number 4 rule.

I dont really have set rules in my house.

I'm the boss is really the only rule. LOL!

The kids don't eat upstairs

They are not allowed to color on the walls. If they have a crayon, they have to have paper too. There is way too much crayon art on my walls.

No bathing together. Even the girls. It's not so much the idea that they can't be naked..heck everyone is naked a lot in my house. It's the fact that they are sitting in each others filth. The whole idea of that just grosses me out to no end. So, after each one gets a bath, I wash the tub out, replace the washcloths and every child gets a seperate bath. They can be in there when the other is taking a bath and play and talk and laugh, but not in the tub. YUCK!!

well, my rules don't match yours.
girls go in the boys rooms
alcohol in the garage
mr mac walks around naked
sons walk around in boxers in the morning and from the bathroom after shower
pets on every piece of furniture including beds.
no shrines in the house.

i should list my rules, eh....

1. pick up after yourself
2. do your own laundry
3. give mom a kiss when you leave the house
4. leave a note when you leave the house if mom is gone

there are a few more rules but those are the only ones that they actually do.

I'm outta here I head down to WDW tomorrow, you all behave and I'll see ya when I get back. I'll be thinking of you guys try not to miss me :p

 Bye Ed, have the bestest time!! Yes we will miss you, and envy you too being at the mothership........have a blast....take care and travel safe!! :wave2:

hmmm...rules, we don't have much of them left anymore with just 3 adults in the house

I do not like clothes on the floor or towels, that is what hooks and hampers are for...

I'm weird, but everything has a place in my cupboards, and in the fridge, sorta like an unwritten law as to where everything should be, SO IT CAN BE FOUND easily :joker:

Ok, so this is a funny....the babies would flush the toilet even if they dropped a drop of wee in it...and our house is old, so you have to watch flushing toilets when water is drawing someplace else, say the shower, washer or kitchen sink (you'll get no pressure hardly), so grandpa told the boys if its yellow let it mellow, if its brown, flush it down :lmao: well, the little ones went around saying that all week like it was their code of valor :rotfl2: I can't wait for them to tell that one to family members out West...... :p and I'm sure they will, they are like 2 parrots......... :thumbsup2

bye ed, enjoy the World:thumbsup2

ocm - my 2 youngest sons quit bathing together when the youngest (probably 1-1/2 @ the time, how shall i put it delicately...floated a boat. Never saw middle son move so fast, still get the giggles thinking about it.

did a research paper once on the germs you find on a used facial wash cloth after one day (you don't want to know...ewww), everyone's trained to grab a new one each time & pitch it in the hamper when they're done.

mic - that's a funny story, sounds like our old house's plumbing.

mac - you sure you don't have a secret Universal shrine somewhere?:teeth: My kids have pointed out to me there are very few walls in our homestead that don't have a pic of us from the World or some form of Disneyana (youngest has quite a few of the Univ. collector pins hanging from lanyards here & there - do they still market the trading pins there ala WDW?)
