Momma, family dynamics are wonderful aren't they? Whew, you have a lot on the plate for the holiday, you will be worn out............I wish you luck....

I've been surfing around looking for photos online of Santa Monica Pier in California...I wasn't able to get a picture taken of the sign for the pier when we were there, so I found a couple that I downloaded....I really want to try and do some scrapping the week after Christmas............of course if I don't get the job I interviewed for, I'll have lots of time on my hands...

Evening gang!

Just got home and finished with Dinner!

I am now almost done...only have 2 more gifts to buy...one is for the last part of my sisters gift, and the other one is for dave's mom and dad which i think is going to be a couple of gc's!!

ocm--sorry you have to go out and buy more gifts!! that stinks!

mic-- i am still crossing for ya!! i know what you mean about not looking like you bought much...that is what I am discovering with Trenton...all of his stuff is so much more that he has less.

mac--i agree with mic...you are a good friend and that is what matters to us!

I am off myself to wrap some of my gifts...i am hoping to get done no later than wednesday night! I have tons to wrap! Dave's mom called me and asked me if I wanted her to wrap the presents that were out at her house...ummmm heck yeah!!!

don't have to worry about getting together with friends and families at the holiday season.

i do a run thru burger king on christmas morning to buy breakfast fast food and then for the afternoon go back and get lots of whoppers for me and the boys.

the lights and ornaments on it make me feel happy. it is so pretty to me.






i really need to shop this week for the boys.

Mac, wrap up in a nice blanket and get warm........ I hate to see you shivering.........I'm going to go get under my electric throw...it is nice and toasty.........I actually end up turning it off and throwing it off the bed, I get too warm with it after awhile..........

Busy day for me tomorrow.......... but I plan on a marathon day to finish up.........I've done very little running around this year with shopping, did a lot of it online, so I need a day of pure madness to make it feel like the holiday........

alright...almost have all of my presents wrapped...only have the ones left that I can't wrap until my kids go away for awhile! oh and the ones that have not been bought yet...kinda hard to wrap those!

Yes mac, it is cold here but....it is suppose to be a high of 50 by friday!!! No snow in sight for xmas...kinda sad but as long as the temps are good i can get over it!

mic--have fun running around tomorrow! We did all the running around in Lincoln today and it was CRAZY!!!! I told dave that I was ready to go...what i didn't get done i can shop here in town...not quite the selection but not the crowds either! You know, I was thinking( I know..but i do that every once in awhile! ) My crowds are probably nothing compared to your guys crowds!!!

Anyway, think I am going to head for bed..took some night time meds to knock me out and it is starting to work...just hope it makes me feel better...losing my voice--the kids will probably think that is a good thing! it is a good thing that my fingers can still type though huh!?!?!

Bob, did you enjoy your weekend with the dw home? Sure hope so, I'm positive the boys were glad Mom was home with them, I bet they miss her, even though you are a culinary genius and they will miss those pb&j suppers..

Yep, they loved their weekend with Mom. Ryan (our little one) wouldn't let go of her yesterday at Mass. Everytime she'd try to hand him over to me (he gets a bit heavy after awhile -- he's close to 20 pounds already), he kept reaching back for her.

It is a very cold morning out this morning!! Hoping it will warm up a little.
That nyquil knocked me out last night....and this morning! I had a really hard tome waking up this morning and having a really hard time keeping my eyes open! My cold feels a little better, but not sure it was worth it to be this miserble tired!

So what are everyone's plans for christmas?


We know that Ocm is going back home to visit family...what is everyone else doing?

today, i will think about what to do about the tree.

buying cat food is my one priority on the list and buying more syringes is the other. kind of difficult to give injections to the diabetic cat when i am out of needles......



you know what i have to do........tree, shop , cards, and send the annual flowers to mom and mil...that i should do first before taking son to work

Christmas Eve at MIL's. Mass, then dinner and opening some presents.

Christmas Day at our house. I think MIL's coming over in the morning to watch the boys open presents, then coming back later for dinner. MIL, BIL and friends of ours are coming over. I think we have 11 for dinner this year.

I have the whole week off after Christmas. Thursday, we're heading to PA to spend time with my side of the family. Christmas, part 2 is Friday sometime.

You know, I tried to get my x-mas cards out but i failed! Well, i always wait till last minute to decide stuff and then it never works out the way I want to so.....I am thinking that I am going to send out New Years cards instead!! So if you all don't get a x-mas card from me just be patient till after new years.....you might get one then!
