Whew, what a weekend. Now the graduations are over, we had the final T-ball year end picnic, celebrated one of my brothers 25th wedding anniversary, DJed a wedding and sent my eldest off to wrestling camp. I can finally get some rest.....maybe. Thanks for the Fathers Day wishes. We actually celebrated it on Thursday night. I got a couple of Dale Earnhardt and Earnhardt Junior stuffed animals, a few DVD's and some really great cards. Hope everyone has a great day.

Oh Ed, what a PERFECT gift for you! I love those Homer duds.........how cute.....bet you were one happy Daddy Glasses for your favorite drink too...........way cool....I'm glad your little guys love ya so much they made your day special.

Well, big change in plans for my Oct. trip too...well not too big.... seems my grandson is not going to be attending regular school starting in July, but was able to get into a charter school (which they really wanted anyway), and he will be starting in August....following traditional vacation dates etc. with summers off and only going 1/2 day for K....I'm so pleased and happy this is working out...............but his week off in Oct. is the week after we planned on DL....so I changed our hotel and we are going the second week of our trip........which in a way is better, we want to be out there on weekdays mostly, less crowded, so its almost better............and I got the room for the same rate............WOO HOO........let the planning begin in earnest now

It is another nice day for us, hope everyone is doing their thing and enjoying their day (those of you working, sorry.... ) I've made macaroni salad already, changed beds, been out and got these travel plans worked out....so I've done pretty good for a Monday.............

Afternoon everyone

Mondays are wicked busy for me. I went to the gym, came home, packed a lunch and ran out the door to take their kids to their gym, now i am back, and about ready to shower and leave for DH's softball game.

If I can get ,my bills done early enough, maybe i can play here a bit tomorrow.

I am sure Deena trip was too short, but I hope she had a great time

Adam - we did our Fathers Day Wednsday night..becuase i got DH a TV and I couldnt hide it. LOL! Glad you liked your gifts and your weekends are exhausting!!

Pam - good luck setting up the yard sale.

Mic - great news about your little guy!! YAY! YOu are going to have a great time in Disney.

Mac - I still need to call you!! Today is insane, but maybe the rest of the week will calm down!

Hi all...............evening..........going to go watch the Sox on TV....but wanted to pop by and say hello...

Momma, you are always busy, but its a good busy being with the family....have fun at the game...

mac, I'm not really changing dates of vacation, so air fare would not have been an issue, we are just going to DL the second week instead of the first week we are there..........so all is good....I pretty much know that I will be trying to stay over an extra couple days though with traveling to CA the second week. ds is working in San Francisco this week, which is a 14 hr. drive from Phoenix...yikes............Anaheim is about 6.5 hrs. which is much better..........I don't envy their driving to San Fran..........but it is their work, so they do what they gotta do.........

what a day!!! I am so beat!!! I am getting ready to head for bed. My mom, sister and friend just left. We got alot accomplished but alot left to do!
I work tomorrow night at the pizza place so i will not be able to work on anything tomorrow. Oh is it ever crazy here!!! My sister looked at my calendar and went "good god Pam--is there a day you don't have anything to do?" I asked her if she wanted to trade and she said no Oh well i know i will miss it when it is over and done so i guess i will just grin and bear it!!

oh and mic--that is great to hear about dgs!!! I am glad he got into the school that they wanted him to get into.

mac--you can keep your junk!! I have enough junk for about 20 people!!! Really, i don't need anymore!

Morning everyone

Off to the gym today. I workout with Joe..wish me luck. I feel like this weight is moving sooo slowly.

Pam - the kids were spoiled a little, but to be honest, we got spoiled too. They paid for groceries for us, took us out to eat, and she even bought me some Aerosole shoes (which are NOT cheap!!) Lee got his wedding ring fixed (one of the diamonds had fallen) I got glasses and contacts. I still say I really dont need them, but I am technically suppose to wear them to drive.

Mic - I am always busy, but the end of July is suppose to be better, really. Ten days that I am not suppose to have my kids..I am looking forward to that.

I still need to potty train Julie..I really dont want to. I am hoping the longer I wait the easier it will be. Disney will be so much easier if she isnt trained, but, I dunno if I can hold out that long. We'll see.

my day started at 5:15 this morning. had to do some yard work then hopped in the shower at 7 and then took off to the city for a doctor appointment. yes, i was dressed, not thursday yet...

and well....I can whine with the best of em...but I've found it is best to find some humor in everyday life or I'd be in the house for crazy grandma's right now.........

trying to get some of my porch furniture cleaned up and out...I'm way behind on that........it's just the plastic stuff, but it needs to be washed down....yeah, yeah, I picked the hottest day this week so far to decide to do this............ THEN, the phone rings and I've not learned to ignore it............I need to run my niece to the Dr. at 2:30....so its hurry up and finish my porch project and grab a quick shower so I can go pick her up.................and I wish it was Thursday, would make showering and going so much easier and quicker..............wouldn't have to match shoes to shorts........but on that note, we need to be like Deena and have pretty toes for Thursdays....

we are finally getting some good summer weather here.........
last week we did have two great hot days. hot for us here is 83/4...........
i am sure it is hotter for others that are not in the midwest.


think pam threw out any of the kids when she was sorting out and pitching things in her garage yesterday?? maybe she will find money as she digs deeper in the garage.
and tonight she is going to masquerade as pamelapizzaperson again......
hope she doesn't get lost if she has to deliver.

hey mic, why don't we call up that pizza joint and order a pizza and have pam deliver it?? i will match your tip for her.
