We got the MYW tickets from the
Disney Store here in B'ham with the park hopper option. They did not have names on them, but you don't have to use the same ticket every time.
We had 3 adult tickets that we bought at the same time, so they were in the same number sequence. The system is smart enough at the gates to link your fingers to all the tickets used in that range. So, if it sees tickets 3, 4, and 5 go through, it links them all together. I hope that makes sense.
Sorry about the postcard but I did take plenty of pictures. Well, I took plenty of pictures before Kali River Rapids destroyed my camera.
It would take a little while to get a real trip report going but I'll cover a few things.
Since we were there last April, the parks are in much better condition than before. The atmosphere seems improved as well.
Pop Century is still my favorite for fun/kid friendly resorts. CSR was good but I did not like the food court set up, and that means a lot to this family.
The weather was perfect warm during the day and just a little cool at night.
The 2 year old got autographs of almost every character and loved the Haunted Mansion - that fits because he is evil, seriously.
I ate at least 1 mickey bar a day.
Caught all the parades and fireworks shows. Wishes is still #1 followed by Fantasmic.
My wife informed me that we will be going to WDW every year instead of every other year plus our regular summer vacations.
I found out that people in front of you in line do not like to be kicked in the head by a 2 year old. They also do not like to be told to move faster by the same 2 year old.
I also learned a 2 year old can get away with much more if he has on a full Capt Hook outfit. People thought he was just acting like a pirate and not the spawn of satan.
At 1 am the guards at the resort do have a sense of humor.
10 year old boys do get embarassed when minnie kisses them on the head. Even more so when there are 10yr old girls around. Getting it on video was even better.
Wow, there is so much. I'll have to think about more of it later.
