just got back home and noticed froggy's new thingy and was going to finish reading through before i posted on it.


welcome to our group 4greatboys, you jumped in running. like what you did with my quote...............

one of the ladies at church had her husband die this past week in bed with her. very unexpected. she's 45 with three grown kids. the kids all live with her and their four kids too. a friend of mine from church went grocery shopping and filled her pantry up. it was the right thing to do. her holidays aren't going to be holidays for a long time. her husband lost his job a few years ago and he had filed for disability two years ago. still no word on that.

he left her with a mound of bills and no insurance. poor thing. i really hurt for her. she kept crying when i brought her groceries in to her house. i wish i had more money and could buy her more. next payday i will help her out again.
she has enough food to last for about 9 days now, maybe two weeks.
she said she will probably have to sell her house and move into an apartment.

we have it so good don't we. trips to disney, trips to family events and food on the table all the time. and she doesn't.
makes you think about life.

better start posting something funny or i will stay sad tonight.
come on froggy , get the ball rolling.

food is love.



but then, ocm doesn't eat much food...........so if we did a food drive for her, she would probably request carrot sticks and bottled water. that girl just doesn't like to eat. has she ever told you what she likes? things with zero calories.
she doesn't like meat.
therefore, if she throws a barbeque, beware............

LOL...no, she only gained 16 ozs. ....like a glass of water...
