Good morning...a little chilly for nekkid day around here, but what the heck...

Pam, I have seen Grease and I remember seeing it when it played at that movie theatre It is a GREAT movie and I can see why it is on your list, lots of good music and just a fun movie to watch. My friend here at work, it is her favorite movie also.

This morning is quiet, but the month of Oct. has been closed out, so I expect to be bombed with invoices and checks to get out in the mail before the end of the day...never a dull moment

It is one day closer to the weekend though.... I plan to mostly hang out at the house and do some straightening up. Between the last weekend they were here and then last weekend moving out ds, I've done hardly anything around my house. Need to play catch up. I'm thinking I might make Thanksgiving dinner again this year. Nothing elaborate, and it would just be ds/gf and us, and send stuff to my in-laws. If so, I may try and hit the store this weekend at some point and start stocking up the stuff for that.

Ok, my boss said he will meet with me today, I have lot's of questions about moving up in my position and moving upstairs and the office manager/witch isn't giving me the answers I want, so I went to the owner....he doesn't intimidate me on an everyday level, but meetings with him about this kind of stuff tends to get my stomach in a little knot...wish me well.

KS, how is your mom doing?

TVT, what's the temps down your way? Should be a pleasant time of year.

my kids told me on the way to school that they saw the shuttle fly over yesterday. Noah said that it was hard to tell which one way the shuttle because there were 4 other planes flying with it. He was pretty excited about it while Trent was just like yeah i saw it.


my weekend plans are to go shopping with my mom, sisters, and sils. our annual x-mas shopping trip. Sunday we have basketball games at 2 and 3pm.

That is cool about seeing the Shuttle....it still is an amazing thing for me to even think about. I remember (dinosaur you know) the very first space thingys going up. It was a big event and we had little TV's brought into our classrooms at school so we could watch it all day.

Your shopping trip sounds fun Pam...I plan to have an outting with my friend to hit a mall someplace...more just a day for us to get together. My shopping is going to be less is more this year, as much online as I can do. I went to Wal Mart the other day at lunch and bought youngest son a new TV for the condo...got a great deal on one of those slim things, I think they will be so surprised and love it

Okay, I'm really mad!!!! I just saw that they are recalling some more toys AGAIN. I just bought Aubrey some aquadots for x-mas and now they are recalled!! Isn't there people checking these toys out before selling them?!?!?!?!?

OHGOSH...glad you weren't able to give those Aqua Dots to Aubrey how scarey is all this crap. So much for quality control on stuff. It makes you afraid to let your kids play with anything.

Let us know how the hair cut goes Pam.......you know we gal's like talking about the 'do's'

It just makes me so mad about all the toy recalls. I know they have to do it but why don't they do test on them before they release them to sell? I know Aubrey will be disappointed because she really wanted them. I kind of explained to her tonight that she might not be able to have them because they make kids sick. She was bummed but I think she understands.

As far as my hair goes she razored it. She thinned it out alot so hopefully it will be better. Other than that I think she cut about an inch off the length.
