Keisha - between the dentists, the snakes and the job thing, you seem to be juggling a lot right now. You will need that vacation!!

Mic - we missed you!! Hope the time change doesn't effect you too much today.

Pam - glad your FIL is doing better. As long as he keeps his spirits up, I am sure that he will have a quick recovery.

Gant - how was the game?

TVT - Your kidding?? It was HOT in Florida between the hours of 11-4 in June??? Im shocked and amazed.

Yuck def. describes yesterday, today has got to better . Off to a nice dentist w/DS to get those pesky bottom braces off & fitted for a retainer. They say it'll take approx. 4 - 5 hours total with a break in between for the retainer to cure. Kiddo already decided we'll fill that dead time w/a Chinese buffet. Cannot believe how much he eats. He's gone up 3 full shoe sizes since Xmas.

mac - yep, it's the middle one...issues w/job status and signing the final papers w/local PD. Don't want to get into details until it's settled but; old political grudges are rearing their ugly heads & the deal still isn't done. When does your DS start his internship?

ocm- i needs to get away; feeling very stressed out. Always worried one of my family members will have one of their crisises that seem to be so common, especially right before or during our trip. I've already announced that it will just have to wait until i return. Seems i'm always doing 'damage control' for one of them...whine over; back to our regularly scheduled happy day.

Almost forgot; guess who said son ran into yesterday @ the gym in the late afternoon? Tiger Woods (and very large bodyguard). He was very nice & approached them asking for a good place to eat in Pittsburgh.

tvt - bought said son his first set of clubs from Dicks as a "reward" for holding down the fort while we're gone end of month. Seemed to be a good deal from Dicks - Accuity?? The heads adjust to factor in your swing & best of all; the bag is black & gold (steeler colors ).

afternoon all!

got all my running out of the way this morning. Trent decided to start lifting weights at the highschool with some friends and told them I would pick them all up. So more running around i did today...atleast it got me out of the house for awhile.

We have NO ball games tonight but I have to go and put donation buckets out for our local jaycees for our 4th of july. I will probably do that tonight since I don't have anything else going on

ks--it is always something isn't it? When do you leave on your vacation?

I'm was pretty busy today at work, catching up...so I'll be scarce during the day til I get caught up...don't like my work piled up, so I'm working on it...had regular daily stuff to do also, so I was busy all day, even went in 1/2 hr. early...

A quick good morning....came in early, and still buried......but couldn't not stop to say "Hi"

The construction upstairs is driving me NUTZ...the noise is awful...fans blowing, hammering, banging, SINGING and just racket...so hard for me to hear on the phone and concentrate on work...gosh, can't wait for 2 or 3 p.m. when they quit all that racket I did get to go up yesterday to see my new "area"...it appears it will be nice, right now its just metal studs forming out the areas/offices...I will STILL have a view outside, so I'm all happy bout that

TVT even in Golf you need to keep your balls out of the sand, you'll end up too far from the hole and need 3 more strokes to get it in.

Pam I would rather have my blood drained and replaced with turpintine then root for the Yankees.

outta sorts, think i worked myself up to a tizzy or else it was some "bad" chinese. I'm swearing off all-you-can shovel in places. Didn't eat a ton; maybe too much MSG? ancient chinese secret

IMO FL = beaches 'course, I worship the sun and surf....when you a good 8 hours from the ocean it gets a certain allure. I know lots of you are even further than I am.

Was supposed to go golfing tomorrow with family, think i'm going to beg off. Don't even want to think about walking the course let along dragging my bag - even for 9 holes.

Hmmm...actually that sounds really good! We may end up going there tonight too...we have a game at 4:45 and at 7pm...how does one possibly have time to cook?!?!
