test Part 10

Evening...Gant, I'll forgive you watching/going to see the Yankees, that sounds like an awesome seat to watch the game from and I wouldn't pass it by either (just root for whomever they are playing :thumbsup2 )....let us know the details after you go...Fox Box, boy, you know people in high places!! Have fun

We are heading outta here at 6:40 PST time, so I won't yak at ya til I get back east. It is always so hard for me to leave....I'm sad already...very early morning for us, up around 4 a.m. I guess to head outta here. Not sure what the airport will be like, Sky Harbor is so stinking busy, you never know what security will be like.

Catch you guys when I hit the east coast.......:wave2:

mic--i know it is so sad to leave:hug: i'll be thinking about ya tomorrow.

gant--go yankees:thumbsup2 sounds like loads of fun!

Dave's dad is home. he is doing very well. he says he has NO pain at all. they said surgery is still iffy and he may have a dialated pupil for the rest of his life but he is starting to get his vision back little by little. He is very lucky!

Had a long day in the sun so i think I am getting the kids to bed and heading there myself.

mic, be sure to wave when you fly over my area tomorrow.......
and i'll wave back to ya'

i know it is sad to leave the family there and have to come home. that is the hard part of the trip.

hope your flight is good.

just tell yourself that you will be seeing all of them soon. maybe they can come out at the holiday time to see you all.

Hi Everyone,

Pam - sorry to hear about Dave's Dad. I hope they make the best decision as far as surgery goes.

Mic - Im sorry it's leaving day. I know that is hard for you. :grouphug:

Mac - hope everything is going well for you

Gant - those are awesome seats!! Hope you enjoy the game. That is awesome of you to DJ the Relay. You are such a giving guy.

TVT - thanks for reminding us all its Monday.

Ed - how was your weekend?

Bob - was this the last weekend of soccer for Cam?

Keisha - did the rats win?

monday morning madness:yay: off to give the dentist more money, quick check in

rats lost by a whisker;) ; feather in DSs cap just to make the playoffs being 1st years expansion team. HS football is right around the corner.

went to Pittsburgh Zoo yesterday to see new underwater polar bear exhibit & reniassance festival - fun, fun, fun.

pam - so sorry to hear about your FIL, hope he's on the mend soon; must have been very scary for the family.

mac - don't cook the goat! I'm starting to think your home turf is a magnet for all crappy weather that blows thru - yuck.

ocm- have you heard "i'm bored" yet from kiddos? Camps starting soon?

gant - Very :cool1: to support charity events with your talents!

mic - oh, no! the dreaded B line:eek: ! Vacations breeze by sooooo fast; how nice that you shared it with us; enjoyed your posts. Hope to hear (and see;) ) more once you get home & settled.:thumbsup2

tvt - don't forget to watch the Open this week. DH & I were laughing about how we get to play Oakmont East, next best thing lol (public course next to CC); they grow the special grass for the turf; same greens team.

later

hey, looks like no rain here for the week.

keisha, i think the truth is you really have a thing for that dentist...
maybe if you go there more, he'll start giving you a discount.

ocm, are you feeling better yet?
we haven't seen you around for some days and was wondering how you are doing now

a big hey to all the others out there.
gotta rush off to curves now.

Keisha - my kids have been in camps for the past three weeks. As soon as school was out they started camps. Last week, they were at a Luthern church and htey performed Sunday at the Lutheran Mass. I had no idea that not all the Lutheran Masses give out the bread. So I learned something. My kids still like the Catholic church better, as they all informed me. But the Catholic Mass that we go to is all kids. Kids do all the readings, singing, and the preist talks interactively to the kids during the homily. So I think they prefer that.

This week ,they are at the Episcopalian church. So we will see if they like this mass any better.

Mac - Im not feeling great still. I called the Dr and got wicked mad..well, mad for me, and said I want the problem fixed. At some point, I need to get a new Dr. Everything I tell him gets written off as inconsequential instead of listening. Finally, he just called me and said he was going to put me on Antibiotics for three months and hope that works. It's been about 10 days and it hasn't worked yet, but I'll give it a month.

On a side note, Lee is off to Disney this week. His brother will be down there working for two days, so Lee decided to take off and go solo for the rest of the time. My kids are bummed they arent going, but they are very glad it's him and not me.

Well I'm NOT GLAD it's him and not you and the kids....

afternoon all!

first time that i have gotten the chance to check in...it has been a crazy day here.

Noah is doing a golf clinic this week so i was running him around this morning, my food lady came, and all of the parents decided that it would be fun to show up at the same time:confused3
Malarie was here helping me this morning and i have came to a conclusion that i LOVE having help:thumbsup2

Mic--hope you have a good flight!

Mac--work out for me too...seems i have NO time to do that lately.

ocm--i think you should totally switch drs. or atleast get a 2nd opinion. I am glad your kids are having fun at the camps.

ks--sorry to hear that the rats didn't win...better luck next year! As long as the dentist is hot that is all that matters!;)

tony--did you do any golfing this weekend?

bob--Is Nicole home yet?

ed--did you have a good weekend?

gant--glad you got time to relax over the weekend!

We are back on the east coas now...I'm very tired, so I'm off to bed...I still feel like it's 4:30 p.m.....LOL...I can't win coming or going

We flew over St. Louis MO....and I waved to mac...ya know, the home of her red birds...

Once I get back in the swing of things, I'll check in, back to work tomorrow:guilty:

:thumbsup2 everytime push comes to shove, the guys will come thru!

ocm - glad to hear your kids are taking not going well. Evidently, you've done a good job raising them...mine would still be whining.

mic - hope you're adjusting to the time zone change!

mac/pam - i needed that belly laugh about now...my dentist is gross, only word that fully describes him. He's a big, crude slob who delights in dishing the dirt:confused3 ; think the anti-prince charming. Even my DH says he's a piece of work. His wife quit nursing & manages the office (badly), now he's even crankier lol. IMO she's destined for starter wife status asap. Believe it or not, he's very gentle & does a good job @ very reasonable prices. life is a series of trade-offs.

I've spent the bulk of day in battle on 2 fronts.

One for middle DS - local politics heating up, things heading south for him on job front. Should know in a week or two where that's heading...they've been dragging their heels for months.:confused3

2nd - snakes, snakes & more snakes -- 2 different varieties today (of course after DH left for work). Poor dog doing her thing trying to hunt the varmits; kept getting bit and crying; but right back to her thing. Let's just say my bad karma has increased and i've dispatched 2 of them to their happy hunting ground. Unfortunately, a couple slithered off. Believe my youngest DS has newfound respect for his 'ma...his eyes were bulding outta his head. Either that, or he'll be keeping an eye on me.:upsidedow

keisha, does mr clean wear gloves when he works in your mouth??

give that dude a wink or two.....you'll make his day.

is it son the cop that might head south?
how is he doing these days?

mic, you'll sleep in your bed tonight with the little doggy.
and the doggy will lick your face in the morning and you will enjoy that i bet.

did you miss the dog while you were gone?

Hello all, good to see everyone
Sweet it may be time to start with a new Dr. and get a fresh set of eyes on your problem.

Off to go to the store to get some groceries.

ocm--i think you should totally switch drs. or atleast get a 2nd opinion. I am glad your kids are having fun at the camps.
