just got back from my sisters house for the bday parties. Aubrey took in a loot as usual.

the kids all had good check ups from the dentist today...they all got no cavity kids stickers...trent wouldn't wear his...appearently he is TO BIG for that now

Mac-- so sorry you are sick. hope you feel better before you go on your vacation.

ks--my house isn't that old..built in 1973 i think but when something little goes wrong you can bet your bottom dollar that several things will go wrong.

well i'm off to bed i think...i have a awful headache today

Morning all....wow, Sunday all ready, the weekend is racing by

Pam, glad Aubrey had a nice birthday...she is getting to be such a big girl now, where does time go...good dentist check ups is always a good thing too, teeth are important. Hope non of your's have to do braces...I know what we paid for ds#2 to have them, I can only imagine what they cost today. He really needed them though, so it was a good investment.

Off to try and be busy today...so much to do, so little time.....I figure I'll be stopping by here plenty though, it breaks up the time when cleaning..

off to sunday school in a few minutes and then we are going over to one of our friends house to discuss this florida trip. I think we are all going to stay in a house...seems the easiest way anyway.

mic--the dentist said that it looks like trent will be fine but noah has a huge overbite and will probabaly need some work. He said Aubrey has big teeth coming through so not so sure what he will need to do with her yet..he will just have to see how big her teeth are.

Is that a variation of the "dirt" pudding thing where you dump in jelly worms, etc. The tombstones remind me of the keebler elf cookies i bought on friday...thus far i've limited myself to one of those efingoodness delights every day...all it will take is one more goof from my kiddo & i'll probably inhale the rest of them.

hey everyone.

this is the first i have been able to be up and feel better.
the meds are working much better now.

usually i have to be on them for 7 days to prevent a relapse.

the vertigo is the worse thing when you have meniere's disease.
i'm usually flat on my back.


so now i have improved and will be able to fly.
have to pack and get documents in order.
my car service comes at 3:45 so i don't have much time.

I woke up with another killer headache today...that is 3 migranes since last thursday it's almost bad enough to go to the dr.

mic - lol i'm still be-auching about my hair color; this new girl just can't seem to get it right...i posted that pic when someone mentioned what dvc resort i liked the best. Whether it's gauche or not, i'm taking it to stylist this week & telling her i want my hair just like it ; she's had 3 chances & keeps telling me it's better to go darker than lighter. Just too bad the girl i went to for years has developed personal problems/habits & is so unreliable about showing up for appointments.

pam - owwie for you ; do you do meds/shots - know my SIL had them for years; finally agreed to the shots & hasn't had a down day since...good luck.

is ocm still cutting grass? hope all is well

ks--i know what you mean about hair dressers. The one i go to is so hard to get into so i decided to try a new one. It is in the same salon(she is the owner of the salon) but a different person...it is actually my cousin's girlfriend...hope she does good

I do have meds for my headaches and have taken more in the last 2 months than i have in the last 2 years. I am thining i may be developing some allergies and maybe that is why the headaches.

Evening friends.......another razzle dazzle poopy day at work......grrrrr....I can't wait for Oct. 13th to come and go......owner is off and running over this 10 year 'event' he is putting on...informed today it is mandatory we come and that volunteers are needed for certain jobs... mandatory that we show up on our day off, and not getting paid I'm not a happy camper, that is the Saturday before the kids come in and I will have lots of last minute things to do and I don't do well with being told something is mandatory on MY TIME........ok, I'll quit whining....it just made me feel better to let it out

mac must be in 7th heaven about now.....hope she has a super time...nice long vacation for her

imo you are handling a muy difficult scenario with style & grace; i would've run my big mouth and been shown the door...you a a cool cookie! It can only get better at this point

pam - i've been saying it for a week, to kill off all the pollen, etc.; we need a good, hard frost cannot believe i said that yikes!

I'm just so sick & tired of paying big bucks for a job not well done; yet still i return - on the off-chance she may eventually get it (4th times a charm?)

Guys don't get it, but there is no bigger disappointment to a gal then a botched color on the hair I agree, it sure ain't cheap anymore to take a trip to a salon for the 'do'...and trying to find a cheaper place doesn't always work either, you sometimes get what you pay for My place is medium priced, not the cheapest, not the most expensive, and I do like my girl, but sometimes even she doesn't do quite what I want...my expectations and her's sometimes are 2 different things.....I just really need her here every morning to style me up before I go out

DWTS's was pretty good this evening...the ladies are a good crop...can't wait to see the guys....WAYNE NEWTON... Jane Seymour calls herself a 'mature' woman, he has at least 10 years more on him then her!! She is my age...of course she looks 100x better

Ed, glad you got the goodie in the mail....we all hope you had a great birthday and enjoy your gift....get something just for you!!
