Good Friday morning friends
bout darn time it got here 
Ed, that IS funny, and I wonder how many pictures we are in that people say "who are THOSE people and what are they doing in my picture"
Ok, off to work my friends....hopefully today will be better, but I'm not counting on it....the owner is planning this big 'event' for his 10 yr. anniversary of founding the company, plus wants to show off his building/business etc., so in the mean time he is driving us all nuts. An outside firm is handing most of it, but he procrastinated on invitations so it has fell in my lap to get these 300 damnable things ready to mail out
...that was return labels, mailing labels, postage and stuffing the damn things....did I say damn enough?

I just got a phone call this morning saying that my kids have dentist appts. tomorrow morning I already scheduled for aubrey and a few of her friends to get mini man. and ped. tomorrow for her birthday. So now i am going to reschedule that because it is a nightmare to reschedule their dentist appt. I was thinking that they had appt. in dec....that is what i get for thinking
I don't know what is wrong with me but for some reason i can't seem to get organized

Good morning....hope those of us that reveled in the birthday happenings yesterday do not have headaches this morning
Have to attend this funeral this morning, then I'm off to a late start with my errands. I have to do them as I'm desperate for stuff because we were away last week....so like it or not, I will be heading to town later.
Need to get dressed, so everyone enjoy the day........it is quite humid today after a beautiful week, and sorry KS, but I believe tomorrow to be the first day of fall

Good evening...apparently I'm talking to myself today 
Didn't get to town til almost 1 p.m., which is a late start for me...didn't get home til close to 5 and not too long ago came up to the computer after putting all that crap away.....Wal-Mart was the usual zoo and I hate waiting in their lines...but it just seems so convenient to pick up what groceries I can when I need to go there for other stuff...it is a vicious cycle for sure.
Listening to the game, think I will go watch some TV and veg out the rest of the evening. We have had a problem with roots in the sewer line outside, so dh spend the afternoon digging that up and finding the spot where the pipe was broke...found it and now has to fix it........ick.......

Maybe mac has left...without a goodbye??? 
but it could be it was today.......anyhoot, hope she has fun if she has left...if not, well, we like to celebrate birthday's on the wrong dates, so we can do bon voyages on any day we want
My house was built in 1907 I think or thereabouts....we have had problems before, and some of the piping outside is plastic, but a lot is still terra cotta, and that stuff cracks and then stuff like roots etc. flock to live inside it...go figure.....the thing is finding something to put over the place he had to break to get to the roots etc...and yes, everything you touch in an old house leads to something else going wrong...we have lived here for 30 years, so we have seen it all.....
..this was making such a wonderful noise...you would flush the toilet in the back and here it gurgle in the kitchen sink...last night the kitchen sink wouldn't drain...just so much water could get passed the roots and then it would back up........what fun..........but dh is fixing it, not without a lot of colorful language and lots of frustration...LOL
The Red Sox have clinched at least a playoff spot.........
but I want a Division straight out victory....I put on my Red Sox hat and said it would stay on til they won............YIPPEE...I can remove it tonight at least
I've been surfing around for cute Halloween recipes....I might try graveyard cake, sounds easy, fun and cute...lots of variations around the web...most are a pudding/coolwhip concoction with all different sorts of decorating the top....
