at my parents house, it was 102 yesterday and predicted to be 108 today.

it is hot and humid here too. I feel sorry for my poor boys with football camp this week. It is a good thing that one of our friends is the coach so i know he will look after them

Morning friends.........ok, who's turn was it to set the alarm??? Tony obviously is off having fun, so he doesn't care if we are all late for work

Mac, what is Damages on? Fox? I need to check it out.......I watched America's Got Talent and then BB8, then I read a few pages of my book and went to sleep...I was making up for lost sleep the night before...slept pretty good last night

We have window a/c units, my house is old...I would like to get central air in the downstairs one day, but I need to save some pennies for that conversion. Calling to be hot the rest of the week...........EEWWWWWWWW....I do not like it...just feel melted all the time, and being in a/c all day long makes me a sissy

Need to call the vet, my dog is going crazy scratching and biting at his skin, he is miserable All this heat and dry weather I guess and maybe something bit him......poor baby

Pam, I never could understand football camps or soccer camps when its so hot, but that is how the season falls for them....let me know when you cool off, then I know its headed this way.

mic, Damages on Fox FX is about a law firm headed by glenn close who is corupt. it centers around a case where close hires a new attorney in order to gain inside information.

the beginning episode started 6 months in the future. the new lawyer is being questioned in the police station. she has been bloodied and battered.

then it goes back to the beginning how everything began from day 1.

i like it.

I know what Damages is now mac, I've seen it advertised...Fox has pretty good shows, I still watch Rescue Me. Of course I have to tape everything and watch on the weekend, I just can't stay awake at night.

Doggie is going to the vet at 11:15 this morning, dh is taking him, and the vet is close to my work, so I think I'll meet them over there...my poor baby. If I put Skin so Soft on my guy, he would be a little grease ball with all his hair. I just think part of it has to do with this dry weather we are having, and his breed is prone to skin allergies...got by last summer, no such luck this year.....he is so miserable

It is a cool 75 degrees here right now. We had storms all night and my gauge out back says we had 4 inches of rain. We needed it though...aubrey was saying that our ground was spliting and she was scared it was going to open up and swallow her

It is suppose to be around 100 here next monday hopefully fall will come soon.

I have to tell you about my yankees they have a rookie closer named joba chamberlian....guess where he came from?!?!?!?! good ole' Nebraskee!!! He got called up and pitched in his first game last night. Saw him play several times and i have to say....he was smokin' last night

poor baby, hope the vet comes up with a solution...make sure to give him a special treat for being a good 'lil doggie

Met dh at the vets...first look, he said allergies, could be to a flea bite...he looked him over good again, and found some fleas on him!! Said I should probably be using a stronger medicine on him, so they upped his weight dosage of Frontline....gave him a steriod shot to help with the itching...he was a very good boy and I knew when I headed out it was gonna be a 100 buck day but if he feels better, it was worth it...poor baby was really miserable......I feel like such a bad doggie mommy He will get an extra milkbone tonight

Almost time to hit the streets...another crazy day here in the world of rocks, I mean granite..... so I'm ready for 5 o'clock.

Poor Aubrey, hope the earth doesn't gobble her up when it cracks...that is so cute. I need to see if I can find an ad to post, but in the newest Avon book, there is a little boy that looks just like Nico!! Everytime I see him I think it is him....

Oh, I'm all for hot baseball players, don't even care who they play for...LOL
