test Part 10

Mac - I've never heard of a cat having dental surgery. I guess I learn something new everyday.

i wish i never heard of dental surgery. she had it in march 05 for one tooth and then on tuesday. dental surgery for one little itty bitty tooth with no root........$287.
she has 3 stitches in her mouth.

doc said it would keep her alive longer. she is 13 years old and can live to 18 with proper dental care.

they gave me a toothbrush and paste and told me once she heals up in 6 days to start brushing her teeth.

in other words, she will be having surgery again in a few years as i won't be using that toothbrush on the cat ever......

We got mostly stuff for the boys, shorts, shirts, sandals, a backpack for Chris. We stopped at Harry and Davids, got some Moose Munch and pepper onion relish.

Moose Munch=

moose_munch.jpg

mr. eddie..........i like mooses too.....where's my box??

Momma, PLEASE send the fashion police out to our office...she needs to be arrested and taken away pronto.......:thumbsup2 I got my two cute skorts from Kohl's yesterday, good deal and cute too.......shoes I'm returning, they flop on my feet too much and "clap" when I walk...:upsidedow not liking that at all...too bad, cause they are cute also.

:

keep the shoes that go clang.......wait, don't keep the shoes. people would be able to hear you sneak up on them if you wore them.

so our miss mic has tanned legs. wondering if you have tan lines ?
do you tan nekkkid?
if so, don't tell tony. i hear he has a pair of binoculars that have long range device on them........:rolleyes1

Morning all!

I need a serious case of shopping!! I haven't really "SHOPPED" for a very long time due to baseball...after next weekend guess what i am going to do?!;)

mac--sorry your cat needed surgery. hope he is okay.

!

thanx pam but it is a girl cat. i had her degutted when she was a baby but she is still a girl. the workers at the vet keep calling her a HE ....and i tell them the He is a She.......but the cat doesn't know what she is. she thinks she is an it.

It's been a nice, quiet week and I've managed to take care of most of my "Honey Do" list, so I'm hoping to get some golf in the next day or two so that I'm warmed up for this weekend, where we'll golf every day. :thumbsup2

bob, i think you should more than a couple of days on the honey do list for more golf.
she is out of town, she'll never find out if you live at the golf course while she is in orlando.......

hire someone to do the honey do list for you and enjoy the guy things of golf....

Still hotter than heck here.........

ok rub it in, i love hot weather.......
it is now 67 degrees here.
that's an increase from the 60 of last night.

with us being so close to lake michigan, less than 2 miles, the wind off of it cools us down a lot.

ok, i had a service call in for my side by side that i bought at sears 4 years ago 6/28. the warranty expires today at midnight.

with the warranty, which cost over $400, i get free maintenace check once a year. i forgot i had that deal until last year so used it then.

the ice cube maker stopped giving me cubed ice 10 months ago, only crushed ice. it's one of those things i kept putting off getting taking care of.

i preferred to whine and complain about it the last 10 months. but, decided to schedule the yearly maintenance before the warranty expired this month.

ok, sears came out yesterday for the appointment. the dude said he could fix the ice maker to give me cubes and it was under warranty still.

the bill was $273.xx but i didn't have to pay it.

he left and i do not have any ice being made........

i called and complained and said to send someone out today. they gave me the first appointment available which is on july 7.
so i called cs and complained and told them to come take this side by side back and refund my warranty money.

they thought i was nuts....

i called and complained to every cs person that answered the phone.

readers digest version, just got a call back.
they will be here by 5 today to fix it.

woo hoo..............i knew my whining would help someday!

Mac, that whining routine is awesome..and don't appliances always go bop the day of/after the warranty expires :confused3 just like car parts...

Yes, I have tan lines:goodvibes no nekkid tanning for me....scary thought

If you love it hot, come out this way...I can take the heat, its the damn humidity that gets me

Back to work, tomorrow is my foot surgery, so need to be semi-caught up on my work.....

mic, what time is your foot surgery?

we could all show up and hold hands with you during it.

second thought, you might say you aren't mic and one of us is mic.......
then we get your surgery...

anyone hear from keisha yet?
think i should call her mom and ask her how keisha is doing..........jk

it is 1:20 and sears repair is not here yet............
rats, they said between 8 to 5 today and i need to get out of the house.

we have the farmers market on thursday during the summer and everyone goes there to buy fruits, and veggies. some craft stands.

farmers in the area bring their stuff to sell it outside in the park area.
much cheaper and better stuff than the grocery stores around here.

that repair guy should come soon or i will have to start calling again...

I probably should pack, eh? :lmao: :lmao:

It's been a nice, quiet week and I've managed to take care of most of my "Honey Do" list, so I'm hoping to get some golf in the next day or two so that I'm warmed up for this weekend, where we'll golf every day. :thumbsup2

Nicole and the boys are at Sea World today -- they drove over yesterday afternoon. :)

Nah, you don't have to pack...save that until a few hours before you leave.

Honey Do list? I have some things you could do:upsidedow

mac, did the Maytag Man show up:goodvibes or I should say the Sears Guy ;) oh I HATE waiting for repairmen....it irks my soul

I have to be at the Drs. office at 10:15 and I figure by 11 I'll be ready to roll. I don't anticipate it taking any more than 15 minutes or so...make a cut, saw off some bone tissue, stitch me up and send me home. DH is driving me...of course it's my right foot. I have intentions of driving myself to work on Monday though, so it better not be too tender. I'm more p.o'd about having to remove my nail polish on one foot....:rotfl2:

I'll be by in the a.m. before we leave...I was awake at 5 a.m. today with a headache, so I'm beat tonight, off to catch a little TV me thinks....

I'm sure KS is not giving us one iota of a thought right now...but I bet its hot there too......;)

mic, we'll be thinking of you tomorrow.

that really sucks you have to take the nail polish off your toe......

why don't you draw an arrow with a magic marker to show the toe he should cut on............just in case he forgets which toe to whack.

i got your back.
just wanted to give a suggestion to help you sleep better tonight.

i remember that test.
i think it was on july 2 or 3 2004.

this year we have a new test...........

mr sexy isn't in it this year....:sad1:

mic, forgot to answer your question.
i was thinking of pop daddy once the homie mentioned his name.

sears dude finally came around 3:30ish.
he ws in the house for 2 minutes and done.
a piece of ice had froze by the switch.
he took it off and then the water ran into the system.

2 minutes in the house. of that 15 seconds to remove the ice piece.
the rest of the time was to write out the bill.

$119. service call.

if i had it to do over again, i would have told my boys not to go to college but to become repair men, plumbers, mechanics, etc.

Morning.........hope everyone is fine and dandy

Oh mac, don't you hate when the repairman comes in and finds some little dumb thing like that that is causing the problem? Oy vay, at least it's fixed and you've got ice.......but you don't need ice, you said its only 67 degrees out your way...;)

I'm up at my usual wake up time... can't break the cycle you know..:upsidedow need to shower up and get the foot all purdy for the big show :rotfl: I'm not scared, I just get antsy about stuff, guess it's the unknown part of it all. I've had foot surgery before, but 20+ years ago, and I remember it made my entire foot black and blue, but this surgery is much less, so I'm hoping for a quick heal time. Eh, it's good for a little sympathy from the men here at the house and at work on Monday ;) Mac, I will take your idea of marking a big arrow, with this message >>>>cut here<<<<<on my big toe..LOL

I'll check in later on today and let you know I'm alive and well...thanks for the well wishes...:flower3:

is this another one of those dreams where you are taking a test but you realize that you aren't wearing any clothes?
because I cant relive those memories any more!

Morning all!

Mic-- I'm thinking of ya today? hope everything goes well!

mac--don't you hate it when those repair men shows up and does that....those are the times you want to break something just so you can have them fix it:rolleyes:

morning tony!

I will flip a coin for bob....heads pam gets him and tails pam gets him!!!:woohoo:

is this another one of those dreams where you are taking a test but you realize that you aren't wearing any clothes?
because I cant relive those memories any more!

Only on Thursdays.

For the rest of the week we are clothed... well mostly. ;)

I'm home, I'm fine...it hurts already:laughing: and I need to go prop my foot up........so lots of time on the bed today, vegging and watching napping TV...

I'll drop by later, just wanted to let everyone know I'm alive :goodvibes
