WOW...dh just called me to see if I had had the radio on and told me what was up. So of course I came here to see if anything had been posted. Sad sad world! But at least they caught them and that woman needs a medal for alerting someone!!!!!!

Maybe they decided last minute that they really didn't want to do this and was hoping that someone would overhear them so they would be caught - my guess is this could have been a suicide bombing. I mean, I wouldn't want to blow myself up.

Or they could have wanted to get caught intentionally so the "true" terrorist could go do the job while the police and FBI are caught up in this incident.

They said that a suspicious package was detonated and it turned out to be medical equipment. That is somewhat reassuring.

The local station here (in FL) said that there was a detonator found...however, there is nothing to confirm that info yet....

Just heard on FoxNews that a Hanover Park Illinois couple (and they are in Illinois) has been taken into custody in connection with what is going on in Florida.

I haven't heard that about medical equipment yet.... or a detonater.
