Beth - Considering I've been counting since last March, I deserve it
I meant to write in my journal yesterday, but neve got a chance. I've been really good the past couple of days and I'm praying for a good weigh in on Tuesday. I did get on the scale yesterday and was down to 174.4, so I'm thinking if I have a good weekend, I could get down to 173, which would get me to 35 pound loss. Tonight is bowling and it'll be tough with those drunk friends of mine
and I only have so many points. Working out yesterday was good. Did 20 minutes on weights, 30 minutes on the stairmaster and 60 minutes on the treadmill. I actually jogged for 10 minutes (5 minutes twice) which I haven't done in awhile. Last night was our Bingo Night and I did well with no snacking and drank plenty of water.
Tomorrow we're hanging out (no football though
), so I'm sure I'll be OP
