


We have them very rarely too and do enjoy hanging out at home.

) It was SO good and I felt like I cheated so badly. I didn't get to drink too much water since I was busy "socializing". Our auction did great, making over $6000 for our library. We had a Denver Bronco football signed by the whole team that went for $850!! Anyways, just got home and it's after 8:30. My feet hurt SO bad
but DH said he would rub them for me
Tomorrow I will do some cardio and help work off that cake I had, but no regrets....

Headed to the gym and did 60 minutes on the ellptical (burning 825 calories!!!) and walked 45 minutes on the treadmill (burning over 1000 total!!) I had to practically drag myself out of there my legs were so tired. I had a slimfast this morning and just finished a tuna sandwich on whole wheat for lunch. DH and I are going out tonight, so it'll be nice to have those extra AP to use. I'm heading for a nap now so I can atleast stay up past 9:00pm

Didn't get to bed till after midnight, so a little tired this morning. Tonight I have bowling, but I don't plan to drink too much. Today I will drink a lot of water and then tomorrow I plan to stay totally OP (no football

Went bowling and had 2 drinks, not bad, and I had water in between. We went to a birthday party after and I had 2 beers (more like 1 1/2), but had a small slice of b/day cake and these appetizers they had sitting out (tortilla roll with pickel and some kind of spread) It was so good that I ate about 5 or 6 of those. I just hate eating that late at night, but got home and drank about 20 ounces of water before bed. Today I will be totally OP. DH will take kids to rec center for a couple of hours so I can pick up the house a bit. The week has been so busy, I haven't been able to do it and won't be able to do it this coming week. Need to do some heavy duty cardio tomorrow at the gym to help with my WI for Tuesday. Just want to see that 169 on the scale
