I know you're disappointed but this is a journey and it'll take some time. You've been doing great with your exercise, so I'm sure your body will be losing some pounds - try to be patient. You didn't gain it overnight and you won't lose it overnight, but you WILL lose it. ::yes::

Michelle - I was just going to mention that myself. We're doing the 7 day western leaving on May 7th. When are you guys back from yours? That would be great if we could meet as you were leaving and we were getting ready to board :D

Tera, we will be on the April 30th, Eastern cruise so you will be boarding when we get off. How cool is that? I would love to meet up with you. I think we have to be off the ship by 8am or something like that and I don't think you can get into the Port until like 10-10:30am. Will you guys already be in town somewhere? Maybe we can meet up for breakfast or something before you board if you'd like. That would be fun. ::yes:: We can talk about it more as the time gets closer. We'll both be hot tamales by then! :teeth:
 
Michelle - That sounds like a great idea. Not sure where we're staying yet, but hooking up for breakfast (or even just hugs) would be great :teeth:
 
Today has been a good, but very busy day. After kids were gone, drove down to the doctor's to have my blood drawn for my physical next week. After, I headed to the gym for 2 hours and had a really great workout. Was home for about 30 minutes and then headed to my dentist for cleaning, back to the school for volunteering in Katie's class than helping in the library. About 3:00pm, picked up my Dad and took him to his doctor's appt for his physical. Dropped him off at 4:00pm and headed home. I'm so stinkin' tired tonight, but being busy kept me from snacking. Had a slimfast right after having blood drawn and then oatmeal and a banana after the gym. After the dentist, I had another slimfast and then while waiting for my Dad, I ate a weight watchers snack. Dinner tonight was fish (again), veggies and a pear. I haven't been using my AP for weight watchers and hope that will help with losing a couple of pounds and getting back on track with my goal.

DRINKING LOTS OF WATER and feel like a :fish:

Today isn't bad at all. Went to the gym and did 50 minutes on the elipical machine (I never know if I should call it an elipical or cross trainer) 15 minutes on the bike and 40 minutes on the treadmill. My legs are sore from doing leg presses yesterday and will wait till tomorrow to work them out again. Ran to the grocery store for a few things (going to make the WW veggie soup for 0 points). Have parent/teacher conference this afternoon and then get to hang out at home and watch movies with the girls (until CSI comes on :D )

I got on the scale this morning (I know I know bad girl :rolleyes: ) and was down to 188. I'm hoping for one more pound by Tuesday for my 10% and my "official" 20 pound clippie, so I will make sure I work out hard, stay OP, not to mention drink TONS of water :fish::D Since I'm not counting my AP's, I don't think I will have any trouble (I hope).

The eliptical/cross trainer was tough because I pushed myself, but the bike was pretty easy (I can feel how strong my legs are getting) and I love to walk on the treadmill. If I have the right music, I can walk for hours.

Katie's conference went great (one A and four B's!!) Not bad for 4th grade :p By the time we got home, I got dinner ready and watched the news. My kids favorite show, Survivor is on at 7:00 and it's my turn with CSI :D Kids are off tomorrow (teacher in-service day), so I might sleep in till 7:00 or 7:30 and then head to the gym. We're having "happy hour" tomorrow and I know I'll be drinking, so I want to use my AP.

Oh oh oh.... my new FAVORITE dessert (no pudge brownies and ff cool whip = 3 points!!!) It's amazing how DIVINE it taste :p

You are doing great! I bet you will earn that 20 lb. clippie at your next weigh-in no problem. Keep up the good work! You and Michelle will be total WISH babes at your cruises!princess: princess:
 
Thanks Aurora - I REALLY hope I can claim that clippie next week. I feel really good and think I should have no problem getting it, but you never know what your body is going to do :crazy: I can't wait to post a picture of Michelle and I with our fine selves :hyper:

Too bad we won't be on the same cruise, we could post a picture of us together in our swimsuits. Then again that might not be a good idea because we'll be so HOT that people's monitors might start melting. ;) :teeth:
