Well today has been a long day and I'm exhaused. After kids went to school, I headed to the gym and did about 20 minutes with the weights. Needed to do longer, but was chatting with friends and lost my momentum. Did 50 minutes on the ellptical with my friend Margaret and then walked 30 minutes on the treadmill. After I came home, showered and had lunch, I went up to the school from 1:00 to 3:00 to help out in the classroom and library and then headed home. Kids had swimming lessons, so we headed up there early and I swam around for a little while, then after lessons, we headed to Sweet Tomatos for dinner. I did really well and stayed within my points. We are now watching Lost and then I'll watch Alias before heading to bed. Tomorrow I'll be doing cardio only at the gym and then actually have some downtime at home before I need to help out with our Silent Auction tomorrow night. Didn't get on the scale this morning, but I really wanted to. Tomorrow I won't dare go near it because of how much I ate tonight (or feel like I ate) I can't wait to see that 169 (or less) on Tuesday. :cool1:
 
Not too shabby of a workout for a distracted one! We discovered a Sweet Tomatoes several weeks ago and the kids & I went there for lunch. It was good! A good place for a WW person to dine. The kids want to go back and take Daddy to try it.

STAY AWAY from that scale now. You are working hard and I know you will get to those 160s soon! :banana:
 
That was a great work out!!! YEEEHAWWW!!! Keep it up! Hope you have a wonderful day! I know I will! It is a snow day! our first of the year and teachers love a snowday as much as the kids! :cool1:
 

Hi Terry - My kids love Sweet Tomatoes because they can pick what they want. Kind of like Country Buffett, but better.

Well today has been a good day so far. After kids went to school, I got to the gym earlier than usual, so I did 30 minutes on the stairmaster before my yoga class. After the hour class, I walked 25 minutes on the treadmill before heading home. I had a slimfast this morning and a tuna on whole wheat sandwich for lunch. I'll be heading up to the school in a little while to help set-up for our silent auction tonight and will be up there till 8:00pm tonight. We're serving dinner from Fazoli's and have already checked on my points. I'm sure I'm going to be tired when I get home :earseek:

Your workouts just keep improving! I hope you see the 160's on Tuesday. I am aiming for them, too, but probably 2 weeks for me. I started a new mantra: "168" everytime I feel like getting of a cardio machine a little early, everytime I feel like popping an extra bite in my mouth. I am focusing totally on 168!!!!!

We WILL move to the 160s!!!!!

I'm shooting for that 168 for Tuesday too since it'll take me to my 2nd 10% goal for WW. That means I need to lose 2.1 pounds this week.... doable, but I'm going to need to stay OP over the weekend and drink LOTS of water.

Here's to both of us getting to the 160's soon :drinking1

Well tonight was a very exhausting, but fun evening. I went up to the school at 2:30 to help set-up for our silent auction. The auction began at 5:30 and dinner was served. I had the Fazoli spaghetti, salad and breadstick. According to Dotti's site, that should have cost me 11 points. We also had tons of different desserts and I spurged alittle and had a small (sliver) slice of cake and two chocolate covered strawberries (it's fruit ;) ) It was SO good and I felt like I cheated so badly. I didn't get to drink too much water since I was busy "socializing". Our auction did great, making over $6000 for our library. We had a Denver Bronco football signed by the whole team that went for $850!! Anyways, just got home and it's after 8:30. My feet hurt SO bad :earseek: but DH said he would rub them for me :love: Tomorrow I will do some cardio and help work off that cake I had, but no regrets....

It sounds like you had a great time!!! And boy do those strawberries sound good!!!

Great news about the auction. Somehow, I don't think a football signed by all the Lions would do as well here. Sounds like you had a great time, splurges just a bit, and will work it off in no time.

Well it's not even noon here yet and I'm exhausted, of course, I woke up tired :earboy2: Headed to the gym and did 60 minutes on the ellptical (burning 825 calories!!!) and walked 45 minutes on the treadmill (burning over 1000 total!!) I had to practically drag myself out of there my legs were so tired. I had a slimfast this morning and just finished a tuna sandwich on whole wheat for lunch. DH and I are going out tonight, so it'll be nice to have those extra AP to use. I'm heading for a nap now so I can atleast stay up past 9:00pm :teeth:

Okay, off to take my nap... I will try and update tonight

Wow...that is a lot of money for the auction...that is great! And look at all that exercise!! You are determined to hit those 160's this week! Way to go Tera! Have a great weekend!
 
Thanks Everyone!! I'm not as sore today as I thought I might be, which is a good thing. Still tired though....


Last night was a lot of fun, but I probably went into a few flex points, which is okay. DH was bowling for a friend, so I had 4 beers there and then we headed over to Bennigan's for something to eat (it was 11:00) and had a crispy chicken salad. Salad wasn't bad for me, but I'm thinking the crispy chicken couldn't have been very low in points :rolleyes: Didn't get to bed till after midnight, so a little tired this morning. Tonight I have bowling, but I don't plan to drink too much. Today I will drink a lot of water and then tomorrow I plan to stay totally OP (no football :guilty: )
 
Yesterday must have been the say to stretch out the food.. I could have done better myself, but since the scale hadn't moved, I had a piece of chocolate buttermilk cake!

It sounds like you had fun! That's great!

Last night was another "splurge" night :rolleyes: Went bowling and had 2 drinks, not bad, and I had water in between. We went to a birthday party after and I had 2 beers (more like 1 1/2), but had a small slice of b/day cake and these appetizers they had sitting out (tortilla roll with pickel and some kind of spread) It was so good that I ate about 5 or 6 of those. I just hate eating that late at night, but got home and drank about 20 ounces of water before bed. Today I will be totally OP. DH will take kids to rec center for a couple of hours so I can pick up the house a bit. The week has been so busy, I haven't been able to do it and won't be able to do it this coming week. Need to do some heavy duty cardio tomorrow at the gym to help with my WI for Tuesday. Just want to see that 169 on the scale :flower:
