Hey Gail - If I can get through the next few weeks with a little loss or even same weight, I'll be happy. Been REALLY bad the past couple of days, but tomorrow I'll be back at the gym and not worry about it. I bowl two leagues, a Tuesday ladies league and a Saturday mixed which is non sanctioned. We bowl that one every other week and the way it came down, we don't bowl during the Christmas or New Years. Our secretary just didn't want to deal with teams prebowling or making it up, so it was just easier to take the break (fine by me) Our Tuesday league is just taking the week between Christmas and New Years off, but that's it. I've been bowling so long that I don't mind the breaks now, especially with everything else that's going on.

We watched Survivor (I was actually working on the computer and didn't actually "see" it). I knew Julie was the next to go if she didn't get immunity. What happened with Eliza??
Here's what's been up the past few days:
Friday DH and I went out and didn't do so good. We went to Bennigan's first and had some appetizers. I had one LARGE beer and then one small one. I ate some flatbread pizza (about 4 small slices), some chicken fingers and these southwest egg rolls. After, we went to Lodo's (restaurant/bar close to our house) and drank WAY too much beer. They did have dancing starting at 10:00 and DH and I danced till about 1:30. Figure I burned a few calories there

Didn't get to bed till almost 3:00am!!!! Saturday I tried to suck down water like there was no tomorrow. I ate well during the day, knowing we had another party in the evening. I had a couple of drinks and a small plate of food. Not too bad, but I think the damage was done already from Friday. Today I will watch my points and try and come under and drink LOTS LOTS LOTS of water. I need to face the fact that I might actually gain this week and not to trip over it too much. It was a busy week with parties and drinking too much . Tomorrow will be a huge cardio day and will keep drinking LOTS of water and help flush this stuff out
