Teppan Edo Seating for 9????

Does anyone know if Teppan Edo can accomodate a party of 9 at one table? I was able to find some pictures of the table & it shows place settings/chairs for 8. There looks like some "wiggle" room & as if an extra chair can be put in there. Our party has 5 adults & 4 kids, ages 6, 5, 5, & 3. I'm hoping they can fit us at one table since the kids are so small. Anyone have any experience with this at the restaurant? HELP????

We were able to do it last week. We had 4 adults and a 13, 13, 10, 9 & 7. We fit very comfortably. I was a little worried because we all wanted to sit together and it worked out just fine! This was one of our favorites!!!

PHEW!!!! Thanks "NOODLES". When we went in 2007 we had trouble getting ADR's at some restaurants for our party at that time which was 8. Grandma is coming along this time & I think we're going to have some trouble finding ADR's that will accomodate all 9 of us. Keeping fingers crossed. PIXIE DUST anyone????

We were able to do it last year. It was no problem at all. It was cozy, but not crowded. Just talk to them when you check in.

We've made ADRs for big parties before and haven't had any extra trouble. You'll be fine! We love Teppan Edo, btw!!! .

We did not have any problems with our group of 9. We were able to get into every restaurant we wanted to! Have a great trip!

"NOODLES"....which restaurants did you make ADR's at for your party of 9? Were you all seated at one table or did you have to make 2 separate ADR's, like 1 for a party of 4 & the other for a party of 5 for the same time OR....just 1 ADR for the complete party of 9? When we were in 2007, my GOSH, the trouble we had trying to get all 8 of us together!! We did get ADR's but it was a CHALLENGE! I know 1 oe 2 restaurants said that "policies" did not permit them to make a table larger than 8. ??????????????

That's great to hear! Teppan Edo was one I was really worried about getting split up at...

It seems like you went to many of the place we have planned with our large group- I'd love to hear what you thought of them... especially Tony's Breakfast and 50's PTC.


Thanks for your information- our vacation's getting so close and now I'm getting nervous since I was the one that picked out the ADR's for the whole group!

We had great meals at almost every place we went. The only restaurant I was not impressed with was 50's. Now we have had great meals here in the past and it has always been a must do. I think this year the waitress was our issue. She was very surely and just not any fun. The servers around us were great and ours might just of had a bad day. I would go back again and give it another shot. Don't let that stop you or worry you, 50's is a fun place!

Tonys Breakfast was great!!! My SIL got sick the night before and her family did not make it. So it was just our family of 5. Tony was really fun and our kids had a great time. Characters were: Pluto, Goofy, Donald, Minnie and Daisy. Mickey came out at the end and took family pictures!

Our favorites were Teppan Edo, Whispering Canyon Cafe and Ohana. Le'Cellier would have been great too except two members of our family were sick. My Nephew and BIL went back to the hotel and my DD10 slept through the meal. If it were not for those two issues it would have been a great meal. I was just too focused on how the kids were feeling.
