Teppan Edo Dipping Sauces - What are they?

Does anyone know what the three dipping sauces are that they offer at Teppan Edo (espcially the white/fish one). We are looking forward to going back in our November/December trip, but would love to try to re-create a meal using these sauces!

I think that white one is the only one i'm NOT sure about! The other two are a ginger sauce and mustard sauce.

Thanks. Hopefully someone will know what the white sauce is or can check on a soon to come trip. I don't think it is tartar sauce because there were no chunks of anything in it - just smooth.

Shrimp sauce?

INGREDIENTS
1 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons white sugar
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons melted butter
3/4 teaspoon paprika
3/8 teaspoon garlic powder

DIRECTIONS
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, white sugar, rice vinegar, melted butter, paprika and garlic powder. Mix well, cover and refrigerate.

I'll be going next month? Might be too far away for you though! The PP recipe sounds pretty right. Not sure if the 'shrimp sauce' had a horseradish flavor or not though.

We just ate there 2 weeks ago...a mustard sauce, ginger sauce and a "fish" sauce which was just a lemon butter cream sauce

Thank you everyone! I will try both of the options given for the white sauce. We are not going until Thanksgiving time, so if you get a chance to double-check on your trip I would appreciate it. Enjoy your meal! It just goes to show to try things in WDW you never know what "favorite" you may find!

This is the recipe that I use and it tastes just like the sauce at our local Japanese Steakhouses. I would assume it is very similar to the sauce at Tappen Edo.

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon melted butter
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 dash cayenne pepper

Whisk all ingredients together to make a creamy sauce. Let it sit overnight in the fridge so the flavors will blend.
