tempuratures at anaheim?

there are so many things with averages. i want to go at an up time so rides are open. i dont want it to be too hot, or too cool. june, i feel may be too warm. we have a lil one. i thought about late february, and everything i read says the average is about 70 degrees. but, my mom used to live in california, AND we used to visit disney allll the time, but its too long for me to remember but she swearssss the average day time temps are more like, 50s. i have a issue believing that lol. maybe where SHE lived in california, but i remember going to DL in winter, and heck! i wore shorts, but crazy kid maybe? lol. anyone been there and can give me some ideas!?

ETA: flights are cheaper for us in june, BUT.... its not a huge difference. im going through pros and cons and am wanting input about weather first

We've gone in October 3 different times. The weather has always been great and the line ups reasonable...
