As far as I know, you treat the magnet "paper" or static cling pages just like you do any other printing. All I can suggest is to follow the directions on the product you purchased. I did a name badge for your family:

What am I doing wrong? I am new to all of this, and when I printed these, they came out blurry no matter what size. (I want them small...) It is like you can see the pixels? Any idea what I should do differently?

Make sure you are downloading the image and not right clicking and saving...

Just click on the image and a new window will open. Click on the download button and save the image to your computer. You will then be able to open the file in most any application and resize.
