Crocs! LOL I know there are lots of people who wear them to the parks and there are lots of threads stating such. But I have a question....

What color are your Crocs?

I will be ordering DH, DD and I some Crocs for our April trip to the world. DD is the only one of us who has worn these. She lives by them. Now I don't want my feet to get hot so I figure black ones are out of the question. So I was thinking of the Cotton Cany pink or Pearl White Disney ones. But do they seem to show lots of dirt?

I got my DS (6) a pair of Navy, my DS (10) orange, and My self a new pair of light blue mary jane crocs. They all wear well, but the lighter the color the more dirt does show, but they clean up nicely!

I have the pearl white ones for 2 years now. I have worn them twice to Disney and am now wearing them virtually everyday. (I need a new pair).
Yes they show us dirt.... but just a little scrubbing in the sink and they are as good as new. Actually had some pretty bad grass stains on them - just used some dishwasher detergent powder and a brush and they were new like again! I love them in pearl white they match everything. I was thinking of getting new ones in black but if they turn your feet black then I think I will find another color.

I have a pink pair and a turquoise pair -as well as the red Mickey ones. The paler ones do show the dirt more - but thanks to this thread I'm going to try and give them a little scrub :)

I have pearl pink mickey ones, and hot pink mary jane mickey ones. I can't brign myself to wear them outside of the parks, because I still think they are kind of ugly... but when in rome! :) :rotfl:

I have a black pair with the silver backstrap - They are White Sox ones - :thumbsup2

I have a cotton candy pair with the silver backstrap - Again, White Sox ones -

I have a funky purple color - I forget what they called it -

I would love a pair in the butter color -

I have the black Mickey ones and I don't notice any "hot feet" and I wear them all over and live in Florida. I even wear them to work on occasion.

I think they are kind of ugly, so I've never worn them. Neither have my kids (but I think they may want a pair, I'm just not keen on them).

I wear a pair of Chaco sandals, very comfortable and have a good arch support.

I just think they look very much like Donald Duck's feet. Sorry!

Well I wasn't too fond of them when they first came out either. But then I found a pair on sale for DD and she wore them until her toe would come out the hole. I had to hide them when she slept one night. :rolleyes1 We got her a pair of the Skechers ones a couple months ago that have a velcro strap which she seems to love because they came with 2 little Jibbitz in each shoe.

A friend of mine is also a nurse and always wore them. Then I read on here about how much people love them. I hate shoes and am normally barefoot if I can be. When going out I do where my sneakers though.

I have big feet so I was hoping that the lighter colors would work. Nothing like wearing neon orange shoes to draw attention to the "lady with the huge feet". :lmao: I think I'll go with either Cotton Candy (light pink) or with the white. I'll just make sure to pack my dish detergent in case I need to clean them.

And thanks for the info SnowWtch! Hubby wanted a pair of black or navy ones but he was a little worried. DD doesn't care. She's wearing some blue, white and green tie dyed ones now. She said she just wants ones with Mickey Mouse. :lovestruc A kid after my own heart!

I have the pink Disney crocs and I love them so much! but i wore them to Disney in March and I had a blister before I even got off the plane! I wore them that same night to DTD and ended up with a blister on the other foot too... guess I need to buy some moleskin before I wear them to Disney again! :confused3

Moleskin is on my packing list! LOL I plan on wearing mine around to break them in good before our trip.

I might find a store locally and try some on. I've heard that the sizes can be tricky sometime. Try them on and then buy the Disney ones off the net. :cool1:

I have the Crocs the Athens in Navy/Khaki:

DH and DS both have black Cayman Crocs. DS is in love with them and can't wait to wear them to Disney. DH is a bit of a harder sell...he thinks they look terrible, but agrees that they are rather comfy. Never knew hubby was such a shoe diva! :lmao:

Now me, on the other hand...I have the Mary Janes in Pearl White and Navy and the Celeste Canvas in Black. I love my Crocs, as well as my Sketchers and Nikes. I'm glad we're driving down to WDW...I'll need all the room for my shoes!

I have black, khaki, pearl, brown and the red Mickey BEACH versions and black, pearl/turq., lime/pink and gren/cotton candy ATHENS. I wear my black Athens just about every day but don't wear them in the parks -- the BEACH ones seem better for me. I seem to wear the black Beach ones most in the parks because I bring black shorts/ capris.

I had the pink Mickey ones, but I finally had to throw them away because I wore them so much that I wore a hole right through the bottom! DD11 has the blue Mickey ones and the light pink Mickey ones, so I steal hers from time to time. I bought myself some aqua ones on clearance for $8 at
Bergners. Holding out for new Disney ones hoping for some new colors to be released. (Hello, dk purple beach style with Mickey cutouts please!) If I could just wear the mary janes, I'd get those, but they're too narrow for my foot.

Just a tip since you've never worn crocs before, when I get a new pair, I have to wear them with socks for about a month til the little nubbies on the footbed get worn down, otherwise they are too sharp and kill my feet.

I have navy, peacock blue, sea blue, burgandy, and sienna in the Beach and grey/navy Athens. The Athens, sea blue and sienna are going to Disney with me.
