tell me about the food and wine festival...

i'm a disney fanatic and know alot about touring the "world" but have never been to the F&W Fest... although i won't be there at that time, my sister, who is almost "anti-disney" (but her dh feels taking the kids to wdw is an "obligation" every few years... think: keeping up w/the jones') and her family will be... bil is in the food/beverage industry and i think it will be something they will enjoy... i have read snippets about it here on the dis, if only i knew how to explain it to them and point out what they will enjoy about it...

can anyone give me some info?

I went to it last year for the first time and it was so nice. YUMMY!!!
I loved France, my hubby liked Italy!
My son....well he just liked the trains in Germany! (he's 3)

It was my first time going last year and I was pleasantly suprised, although note to self. Do not eat breakfast, or at least eat something small. By the time I made it around the world I gained 5 lbs, so then I had to walk it again!

Look at it this way, it is someting different to experience besides the usual!
