how do you do this
If you have an iPod photo then you just need to purchase the Camera Connector and then you use your camera's USB cable to tranfer the photograph's from the camera/memory card to the iPod photo. Once on the iPod photo you can view them with music/slideshows and upload them to your computer using the dock. :) HTH

My daughter had a sony mp3 for her birthday it can hold 900 albums or 13000 songs it should have been £250 but was reduced by £100 in the argos. the sound quality is excellent. i was told by some one who has one and an i pod that it is easier to control than the ipod. Would highly recommend it.

Thanks sounds like just the thing I need

This month's Stuff magazine has a review of all the small mp3 players you can get.

Check out the new Nano, my DS17 has just seen one at college and he thinks it is fantastic and is after selling his IPod Mini after only 2.5 months to own a Nano instead. So if you are still looking I would definitely check the Nano out. I daren't look at it because I know I would want one to. I hate gadget envy.

Whatever has happened to the iPod Mini? Its not listed on the Apple website anymore. They appear to have replaced it with the iPod Nano (looks like an ice cream wafer :rotfl: ) at £179 for the 4Gb. So it looks like you now have to pay £40 more for the same capacity - iPod mini 4 Gb retails at £139 I believe (or £107 in Dixons!!).

...looks like I'll be buying a Sony instead.

The IPod Mini is still available in the shops but the IPod Nano is the latest smaller player from Apple. Again it boils down to new technology you pay the price for being an early adopter. The Nano has the latest technology which is what I would go for if buying one today.

I never was an IPod fan till my son got one. I have a Creative Zen 30GB jukebox but once I saw the capabilities of the IPod and how easy it was to use, plus the benefits of ITunes, I was won over. Luckily it was near my birthday so I got an IPod mini and it is a fantastic bit of kit.

The Creative Zen I use with my home cinema kit as a jukebox which sounds good.

The latest Sony machines have had good write ups but none knock the IPod of its perch at the moment according to the reviews I have read. Might I say the PSP is supposed to be a good contender to knock the IPod though. :)
