tell me about dinner at the Grand Floridian Cafe

We're tinkering w/ our ADRs, but unforunately we're only 30+ days out, so there aren't a lot of options. GFC came up though--- so tell me about it! What's the best entree? Anyone had the salmon?

The New York Strip is amazing!! I would love the recipe for the red wine sauce--made me want to lick my plate. LoL.

We went there in January for my bday dinner. It was very good. I had the salmon and lovd it.

I have had the strip twice and had a good experience both times.

I had the salmon and felt it was fine but what I really remember from my meal was the chocolate fondue dessert was the best one I had the whole time I was at Disney.
