Amber is always pregnant. Even in this last season they had an episode where she thought she was pregnant. I heard in June she was telling everyone she was again, so its nothing new. Just another way to get attention.

Could she be having abortions or something? (I'm not judging, just wondering)

That episode where she thought she was pregnant was so stupid! Why did she have to wait to go to the dr.'s to find out? She could have taken a home test and then got the blood test just to find out for sure. I think she knew she probably wasn't and wanted Gary's attention.

Not when it happens as often as she says it does. She just tells everyone she "thinks" she is pregnant.

with all the pregnancy scares Amber has had since Leah's birth (we have counted 3 so far on these board- the beginning of the season, someone said the summer, and now this scare or perhaps the real thing) you would think she'd be smart enough to go on the pill.

last night on E! news there was a story about the cops getting called to gary's house. apparently he threw her out of the house in her underwear because she threatened him?! nothing would surprise me!!!

I wonder where Leah is now. I hope she isn't w/ Amber. Until they sort all of this mess out, Amber should not have custody of her. She really is a loose cannon and god only knows how she is reacting after this incident.

I missed the '16 and Pregnant' that all of the 'Teen Moms' were on, so I don't know a lot of the background. I take it that Amber's home life wasn't pleasant; did they ever show her mom, dad or siblings? How did tghey act toward her/ Gary? Gary's mom seems pretty normal...

I think Amber has bipolar or some other major mental illness. I feel for her because I think she really has a mental illness and she can't control herself. I hope some how or some way she is able to get help

'Teen Mom' star's ex leaves, takes toddlerRee Hines writes: The between-seasons hiatus hasn’t slowed down the drama for “Teen Mom” stars Amber Portwood and Gary Shirley.

According to Life & Style magazine, Shirley recently moved out of the couple’s home in Anderson, Ind., taking toddler daughter Leah with him and leaving Portwood and her violent ways behind him.

“Gary loves Amber, but he wants custody of Leah," Shirley’s pal Jordan Sanchez told the magazine.

Sanchez explained that Portwood’s abusive as-seen-on-TV behavior wasn’t the reality TV dad's only concern.

"Gary has told me that Amber is bipolar," the friend said. "It's gotten pretty bad. Gary told me that there have been several instances where Amber would say to him, 'Come home or I'm gonna kill myself,' and he'd fall right into her trap."

But Portwood’s side of the story sounds very different. While the single mom admits her daughter now resides with her ex for the child’s well-being, Portwood claims it’s only temporary and has to do with the dangers from the state of her home, not herself.

“I’m in the process of moving, so my stuff is all packed up,” the 20-year-old told HollywoodLife.com. “Gary does have Leah right now because it’s not safe in my house.”

I have a family member who was on a reality show and who now does casting for them and that is a fairly accurate amount of money to earn for the show. It really isn't alot when you consider what kind of ratings the shows are getting and the fact that production costs are super low as well.

I believe it, I'm shocked they didn't get more.

No shocker that Amber and Gary are broke. That's sad because you can make $65,000 stretch really far (and still live pretty well), definitely more than a year or even longer in certain areas of the country.

I would think that was pretty low. If I read correctly I think the Real Housewives get around $40000 per episode not season. I think that these girls should get more money. They are young and going to need a lot of thearapy after putting their life out their and having the media follow them around and talk about them. I am sure they are loving their 15 minutes but I have a feeling a lot of them will regret doing it.
