Okay, it's time to report mileage and time as we end March. I've bumped the reporting thread to make it easier to find.
And, to repeat, here are a couple of team questions:
1) What is your #1 goal for April?
2) Any new races to add to our calendar?
Christa's working on SPEED. Or should I say getting speediER.

Will you be testing the effectiveness of the speedwork at the CPCC Skyline 5K? (Oh, and I've been meaning to ask. Have you been doing any performances lately?)
Mel, I know you're chasing a PR, winnowing away your intervals. Is that your focus for April? Maybe increasing time in the saddle for the dualthon? Or training with DD?
Consistency was your goal last month,
Maria. Are you sticking with that, or moving to something different? Maybe increasing your yoga a bit or shifting up the routine?
Jackie, is perhaps a different interval set-up your April goal? That is, if that's the way your Galloway group moves? Speaking of which, I've been meaning to ask you. Is the pacing for a group based on overall pace, so the 12:00 group maintains a 12 mm? Or is that the run time? I was just thinking about how changing the intervals might change the group. Oh, and congratulations for signing up for the Richmond marathon! I've added it to the calendar, and I just know you're going to be able to go much faster since I won't be there to slow you down.
Corinna, I know that you did a fabulous job with your weight loss and maintenance while at Disney. Also saw that you and Maria have rejoined the newest BL competition. Is this your focus for April? Or are you more focused on upping your mileage?
JenB: I see you're thinking about Broad Street. Do you have an April training goal to help with this event? I know you're also interested in speed, so we've got a whole mini-group here who are doing that.
JenniferG: I know you're busy, busy, busy with making your DL 1/2 plans--and it seems like you're going to be one of the people who really make the WISH meet at DL rock!

It's a little far off for training for that, though. I see you're back from Vegas and are back on track--that pun never gets old for me!

So, are you training for any events in between?
I know you've gotten a little speedier these days,
Julie.
Is that your focus? Or dare I ask, including more XT into your schedule?
Richard: So, the local triathlon schedule is starting. I know you belong to a group. Do you have an event you're focused on? That is, after your trail run this weekend.
Jen: It's been a while since we heard from you, but I know you've managed to get some good XT in during the month of March. What will you be focused on for April. Besides posting here more, of course.
I know you're busy training for CMM,
Jeanne, so that's your focus in April. How's your foot doing--are you concentrating on recovery/rehab or are you up to full-force training?
Nancy: I know your recovery has been quite speedy and that you're chomping at the bit to do more. That's because your regular activity level puts the rest of us to shame.

But I assume you're still under doctor's orders to recover slowly and safely. So, what are your goals to ensure that? Hmmmm?
Kathy: I also assume you're focused on your CMM training in April. Are you working toward something specific--a time goal, intervals, etc.?
We haven't really heard much from you post-ESPN,
Denny. I kind of assume that the racing season your way is winding down as it gets hot, hot, hot?! Are you training for another event, or maybe focusing on XT in your off-season?
Robert: It's always a toss up to ask you and Linda--races that you're focusing on for April? Or RD? Or, gulp, is there still a lot of PT and rehabbing in your lives?
Kerry: Were you able to commit to the Nutmeg State 1/2 marathon? We haven't heard from you in a while, so we're not sure where your training focus is. Please update!
Marcy: We haven't heard from you in a while, either, not since February. Last time I knew, you'd gotten a new TM. How's your training been going? I'm not even sure if you're interested in being on the team anymore, but we'd love to have you participate.
As for me: My number one goal for April is to stop watching the clock and start watching my form. I've got this really bad habit of watching the clock when I run, whether on the TM or outside. So my goal is to start paying more attention to my body and trying to get into an easy, natural rhythm instead of chasing a pace. (Of course, I
hope it helps me get faster, but in a way that breaks me of bad habits.....)
