I DID shave my legs!

We had McD's yesterday and for the 3 of us it was $20!!! Holy Cow!

Aw, sweetie. I understand, though. Not to brag on myself, but I was a valedictorian, and never really expected, at 36, to be sitting around at home. I do recognize that I haven't pushed myself much, and I think my kids are important and great, but... Sometimes I get really down on myself for this. I don't know what I thought I'd be doing, but...

I hear you. I did eventually stop doing that to myself when SD was about 13 yrs old...

I CLEANED MY JUNK DRAWER. I bought a bunch of organizer bins for the drawer, and threw junk away, and made little bins for keys, flashlights, tools, rubber bands, etc.

Dude! That was ON TOP worthy...

I am sorry, but I flat out love McDonald's. It's not the kids, it's me. Thus the need for the Fit.

Oh, no! I was pleased as I lost 14 years between this morning and this evening. I'm actually down to 31 as my "Wii Fit Age" - and I'm 36. I'm thrilled! Apparently they were very impressed with my second balance attempt.

Ok folks, I had not seen the light of day in a week and no outside human contact in 5 days. Did I miss some important announcement that all Target shoppers are to carry giraffe print handbags? I counted 12 today, and 4 in a row in line at the checkout. I felt such a dork with my plain black, neatly organized, purse. I was all like what up yos? Didjas hit up the Arusha Savannah at the Animal Kingdom Lodge?

Hey! I showered, since last Wednesday evening (when I showered for the party...) hmmm. Not Thursday, too busy. Not Friday, we skied. Saturday, yep. Not Sunday, because we had 7 people vying for 2 showers. Monday, yep. Today, well... Not so much.

So... at LEAST 2 showers in a week. So there! Man, I'm gross. But I do plan to shower tomorrow...

Well, it's WAY early here but I woke up at 5:30 and could NOT go back to sleep. I am going to wake up Bob in a few minutes though so we can cuddle!
Gotta go see Dr. Seigle today. I am hoping that finally he'll just keep that needle put away! I can hope....
It snowed last night, about 4 inches. People seem to be driving by at their normal pace though so hopefully the roads aren't bad.

I'll check in later on to see how everyone is (and whether Jen went to the Dr....)

Well I was going to iron but I spent over an hour on the wii fit instead, I have unlocked several things today I did disatrously (sp?) in super hula hoop though, I just couldn't do it the wrong way round, ie left and it kept falling on the floor

To be fair,,,we only did one cupcake so far with it. havent tried it again. I bought refills to have on hand anyway before christmas. maybe it takes a few tries to get it right. it was only 24.95 at wal mart so I say keep it and see how it goes... our parents probably thought the same thing about the easy bake oven. and I will always remember the cakes that came from mine...

DD7 got an Easy Bake Oven for Christmas! We baked a cake a few days ago and it was AWFUL!!!!!! Somehow, I remember mine turning out much better than that....

Not doing anything here today. After I cleaned the playroom yesterday, I pulled all kinds of stuff to get rid of into the guest room. I took some pics last night and I'm going to list the stuff on Craigslist. If it doesn't sell, then I'll have a garage sale in the spring. So, that's on my agenda for today.

I also bought some plastic folders to organize my scrapbooking stuff in, so I'd like to get started on that. I need to run to Target again and pick up a few more fabric bins for the cubicle thing I built yesterday. Can I just say that my girls have a few too many toys??

If I get really ambitious, I might start taking down the Christmas decorations today. I should have done the outside ones yesterday, since it was in the 50s. Today, it's supposed to be in the 30s. Oh well, I may wait until the weekend and make DH help me.
