Pneumonia is all i could get from WebMD and my step mom says bronchitis. My mom is sick as well and got a steroid shot yesterday. If I'm not better in the am, I'll have to cancel my yearly girlie appt and go to the urgent care. I'm pretty sure they don't want me to hit a coughing spell when the have me "in position."

So, I finally got the chance to watch the Disney Christmas parade and I was wondering about the Kim Possible spy thing at the World Showcase. I have to find out about that!!! [/COLOR]

We saw them testing it in October, but decided that we didn't want to do it. We were somewhat limited on time and I wanted to hit as many F&W booths as possible!

T- I am trying to get healthy enough to attend the funeral tomorrow. I am really sick.

I'm pretty sure that DD7 has it figured out too, but she's not letting on. She's awfully smart and has asked a few questions, but I'm not ready to confirm that fact to her. So, I just turn the questions around and ask her what she thinks. It's worked so far.

I worked so hard to do the same this year. I think I could have held her off until next year if that guy hadn't made a dumb comment in front of her. She's too smart.

Now I only have one baby that believes. And he's been questioning the legistics of how Santa can get all around the world in one night. He's just too distracted to ask more questions, I think. He's wondering why he didn't get what he wanted from Santa. The ol' "Maybe he knew you wanted this instead," isn't working so well.

You too S'late... Actually... along those lines...When I had to have bladder surgery ( as mine had dropped ) when the Dr. was testing my bladder to see if I really NEEDED to surgery... I NAILED HIM

I'm like Jodi and I dance around the subject. I am going to break the news to her myself in a few weeks. I'm going to miss the "magic".. much like the first WDW trip... when all the characters were REAL. Guess I'll have to break the bad news about the "Tooth Fairy and the Easter Bunny too !!!!!

T - what's this about the Swolphin?? I read a while back that one (or both?) is loaded with mold so think carefully - and go to boards and read up on them - as the kids can get really sick. Michael was so ill from staying at VB last summer. It was awful

Mel - those are some great January dates...wish I was going. The 31st is my birthday and I'm turning the big, dreaded 4-0...There's no place I'd rather be for my birthday than WDW...Have a cocktail (or 5) for me whilst you're there.

Well, back to work today...

And I have to find a lawyer this week too (good luck with that)...Did I tell you guys that the power company from NH (where I moved AWAY from in May 2006) has me out to collection for a 2nd separate time for non-payment when I paid my account off in June 2006. They have either lost the payment or have been unable to "pull it in" from the internet (I paid on line with a credit card).

The last time I went through this with them, Oct 2007, the Visa people even backed the payment out and sent it through again "fresh" so they could find it. They told me everything was fine, took the collection off my credit report and never heard from them again until I happened to check my credit report in October of this year. There it was again, with a whole different collection agency.

Now they're telling me that it's so old they can't find any records, etc...(can't be TOO old, it was placed for collection July 1st). So now we're getting notices from our credit cards, lowering our limits due to a recent review of our credit reports, etc...and for 2 months they've been jerking me around, trying to find proof that I paid - apparently the credit card statements and copies of all the correspondence from last year aren't enough...

I told the guy he has until December 31st and then I'm getting an attorney. This is NOT the kind of economy I can let a "false" collection record sit on my credit report

Anywho...now that I'm all worked up, I gotta go!

Glad to everybody seems to have had a good Christmas with their families.

I've been working crazy hours at work, it has pretty much been a work/sleep schedule for me. Only one more week of craziness left though and then I will be back on a "regular" schedule.

Is there a Dr in the house? WebMD is no help. Today I have gone from feeling like carp to feeling like a big pile of dog s**t. I woke up this morning with the junk in my chest, still in my head/nose now add a cough and more fatigue. BUT, no fever even though I keep going from chills to sweats. I feel hot inside and feel blistered like the time at the beach music festival but that's a different story. I do have an appetite, but can't taste anything. I'm not dehydrated and have been drinking lots of H2O. Anyone?

I think it's BAD, whatever it is. Go see the Dr.!!

Nope, that weekend is the wedding of the century for us - D's brother is taking the plunge 8/22. I might have skipped my cousin's wedding for last year, but this one, I'm super excited about.: Plus, I feel sure at least D will be in the wedding party, if not also the boys, and as a long shot, me. And as such, I imagine we have to be there a bit ahead of time, also - then school starts 3 or 4 days after the wedding. Just too much - if the wedding had been like my cousin's in the first weekend of August, maybe, just maybe...

The university is shutdown for two weeks during the holiday period so all the students and staff are gine, well the entire university except for my department. My position is staffed 24/7 365 days a year, we are basically like 911 but for the university.
