:lmao: Sorry, TE - but that's funny stuff.

There's a goat character in Animal Crossing - whenever I run into her it reminds me of you! :goodvibes
....hmm......maybe I should check this game out! Sounds pretty cool! :lmao:
My girls mainly play Sing Star........BA doesn't play with her DS anymore, but they've never been much gamers. :confused3

TE: I see your pimping your bday already ;)
sweetie--I've been pimping since New Years! :lmao:

+++++++++++++

No school today.......lots of snow coming down really fast..goats are unhappy---they HATE any form of precipatation and won't come outta the barn. (Are they like that on Animal Crossings, T??)

BA's birthday is tomorrow then we go to her cheer comp on Sat. We cheer moms have been in high gear this week---planning get togethers, goody bags, cutting hair ribbons, etc. It's a lot to do if you do it right! (I love the moms of the 5-7 year old girls---they love to participate and listen to me!) :lmao: ;)

Z,,what kind of car do you have? popcorn:

A Scion TC, basically a Toyota.

.
sweetie--I've been pimping since New Years! :lmao:

:lmao: Well goes to show how much I've been on the DIS.

%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%

Still getting the car maintained.

I'm slowly making my way through TR's, reading Janet's TR and am now almost done with CE's. :upsidedow

Does anyone know if you can add parkhopper to the free bday admission ticket?

Hmmmmm maybe I should ask Jo on the Mom's Panel :idea:

Where is TE? Does anyone else think it is ironic that the goat lady has a friend named Hoofnagle?

Didn't you know? She was born in Hooterville;) J/K TE LYMI:hug:

I'm in cognito. :tiptoe:

Avoiding us, eh:rolleyes1

Ahem......you all are talking about my mama! Remember that my maiden name was Hoofnagle!

:laughing: Oooh, TE getting mad. She's got her angry eyes on:lmao:

I'm having a funny problem---my DIS life is getting mixed up with my Family life and now High school friend life.
Anyone else having this prob??? (I'm pretty sure I'm so much cooler on line!)

Me too TE:lmao:

Um, actually Janet - DLR always had the cooler version. They just upgraded the synced music and all. ;)
Matterhorn is the almost identical to MK's SM.

Jim and I thought the Matterhorn was awful and if we had waited more than the 6 minutes in line that we did we would have been ticked! Space was in the middle of it's refurb when we were there:sad2:

I wondered if that was you, there are so many questions to be answered, don't worry I will get to it

I sent you a question too Jo:goodvibes

I'm meeting the PR people from Disney UK for lunch today, see what they have in store for me

We expect full report when you get backpopcorn::

See you later! Have a great day!

You too CE. Good idea shipping car seats to the MIL's. We have a booster seat we keep at my mothers for just that reason. One less thing to lug around! Here in PA they have to be in a booster seat until they are 8 or 80 lbs. I think in Florida it is 5, but we don't tell Jimmy that!:rolleyes1

We A potential INTERESTING DAY today... I take Joshua to the Orthodontist at 2:00 for X-rays AND that "IMPRESSION" I HOPE He does not freak out about either one

Good luck Katt:hug:

Well I woke up way too early and tried to go back to sleep, but it was restless. I had to wake up to take my car for maintenance. So I'm now sitting here waiting for it, thank goodness for Wi-fi.

I think I'm gonna catch up on some TR's that I am waaaaaaay behind on.

TTFN!

I never think of taking the laptop until I am already there:headache:

I hear ya! It's actually snowing big, pretty flakes right now. It's lovely. It can stop anytime.

:rotfl2:

I'm heading to the dentist. I hate going to the dentist. I would rather have weekly girlie appts than go to the dentist.:headache:

Good luck!:hug:

Morning all. Hope everyone has a great day. Not much here. I need to stop at the peds office and see if Bugs physical form is filled out. He has to have it in or no more preschool until they have it. I was supposed to do this over Christmas break and forgot :headache:.

Morning MArgie!

I have you marked on my calender for April and then I made the mistake of telling Jimmy we were going to Hershey Park in April. Now everyday he wakes up and askes me is it April yet?:sad2:

======================================================

Morning all. The rains are gone, the sun in shining, and it's 40 outside. Windy, but not bitter cold:thumbsup2 They are calling for snow on Saturday. Jim's ticked becasue if we are going to get it, he wants it on a school day so he can have a day off. He's worse than the kids:sad2: :laughing: .

At work, not much going on. Chat with you all later!:goodvibes

:lmao: I wonder if I should ask Jo how long the walk from DTD to SSR is? :laughing:
BWAHAHAHA!!!! :rotfl2:
She's been having palpitations that her anxiety meds are handling, so her GP sent her to the cardio.
Any news? :hug:

I'd like to go to T Rex.
We loved T-Rex - very, very fun! :thumbsup2
I'm leaning towards Cali Grill and burning 2 TS.
I'd definitely include CG. :thumbsup2

V- You got a CODE?? I think it is a sign girl friend! ;) ;)
Maybe! Got anything going on your end yet? :rolleyes1 ;)

Ahem......you all are talking about my mama! Remember that my maiden name was Hoofnagle! :headache: ;)
I remembered that! :yay:

I'm heading to the dentist. I hate going to the dentist. I would rather have weekly girlie appts than go to the dentist.:headache:
Poor s'latey - hope it's quick and pain-free! :hug:

Morning all. The rains are gone, the sun in shining, and it's 40 outside.
How's this for wacky? It was 43 here this morning, too! :eek:

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

I have a lame work day followed by lots of excitement: Leo's got a riding lesson after dinner and then the Big Game...

GO GATORS!!!
floridalogo.jpg

Oh good Leo liked it? We have this on our very short to do list for August! We are only planning 3 TS meals and this is one of them. The other was jim's request of 50's Prime Time and Garden Grill becasue jimmy wants to eat with Chip and Dale. I am going to try and get the earliest dinner seating. I think they open at 4:30 for dinner? I have to check all ears for that!

Ahem......you all are talking about my mama! Remember that my maiden name was Hoofnagle! ;)
:lmao: :rotfl2:

Darn :rotfl2: I've got Mel on research duty for that when she goes soon :rotfl2:
You really just want me to reseach my own questions and get back to you, don't you? :rotfl:

Tennis this morning, followed by a haircut and then probably a quick run to Marshall's and Target. The boys are desperate for socks, and I need a new dressier coat. I got a new ski coat this fall, but my old wool dress coat looks, well, old and out of style (big shoulder pads, etc.) :rotfl:

The party this weekend is at MIL's house, so I wouldn't worry about a dress coat for that - hey, we're not leaving the house! :rotfl: But, I don't know if you remember that D didn't ski last weekend because our friend's father passed away? :sad1: We knew them from college, and his so dad was in the Chicago 'burbs. The cause of death was unknown, so they had to do some tests, and the services happen not to be until Saturday morning, about a half hour from MIL's house. So, D & I think we need to go, and I need something other than a ski coat for that...

Woody needs tennis shoes, but he wants to go, so that means a trip to Kohl's this afternoon, too.

The flight tomorrow which I thought was at 5:30 appears to actually be at 5:12, and that 15 minutes or so means that I think we need to pick the kids up from school and just go on. The bus has such a range of arrival times that if it's on the late side, I'd be worried about having time to park the van in the remote lot, etc.

I still haven't decided what to do about the bags, other than buying those seats last night. I just don't know, now that I have to add funeral clothes and shoes (FIL's party says "casual" - though my MIL's idea of casual is different than mine, I didn't need to worry much about anything other than jeans and a pretty shirt, but the funeral means a skirt and boots), if I can get my stuff in a carry-on size roller bag. I think we may still have to check my big bag. I may just have to pack and see, then change my mind if I don't fit. :confused3

Anyway, it's bus time, so I need to go. Also trash day, so I do need to go out with them.

Yikes! Gotta run!

See you later! :grouphug: Have a great day!
Good luck getting it all figured out. Have a safe trip, if I don't see you before. :hug:

We A potential INTERESTING DAY today... I take Joshua to the Orthodontist at 2:00 for X-rays AND that "IMPRESSION":scared: :scared: :scared1: I HOPE He does not freak out about either one
:headache: Good luck!

I'm heading to the dentist. I hate going to the dentist. I would rather have weekly girlie appts than go to the dentist.:headache:
:eek: I hate the dentist too, but I'd still rather go to him than the girly doctor.

School was cancelled for Linds today because of snow. In one way I'm happy and get to have both the kids home but in another I now need to find them something to do.
How about an indoor olympics- snowball fight (cotton balls), sit ups, jumping jacks... It'll wear them out some. Then do a nice movie with popcorn. :thumbsup2

Happy birthday, BA!!!! :wizard:

Here too. It starts at 40ish, then gets to 70s. Is it any wonder we feel funky. :sad2:

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
So, I'm going to catch up on grading the kids schoolwork today and lay off the planning. Disney still doesn't have their May hours out, so I don't want to print my touring plans out without that info on it.
I'll be in and out. Be good! :cutie:
T-Rex isn't on the meal plan, though, right?
We're going to have to pay OOP at least one CS meal, so maybe I should substitute T-Rex for the CS I have us doing at DTD? :confused3 It's at DTD, right?
Hmmm....
Hey! I said I wasn't planning today! :mad: Tricksters! ;)
I'll do it too, if you want. It's not a big deal either way, though. :cutie:
Just back from the dentist and everything went well. There was no decay or futher crack of the tooth, so just and xray and reseal. Total $114!!:yay: Not that I wanted to spend $114 on my teeth, but it could have been worse. :teeth:
Oh good Leo liked it?
LOVED it - we all did! I'll post some pics in a minute...
Here too. It starts at 40ish, then gets to 70s. Is it any wonder we feel funky. :sad2:
Exactly! Are your trees all out of whack, too? Ours keep blooming, pollinating, leafing, dropping leaves, going dormant, budding, blooming, etc. over and over. I can't freaking BREATHE! :headache:
T-Rex isn't on the meal plan, though, right?
Sounds like a question for Super Jo!
It's at DTD, right?
It is. Know where teh McD's is? It's on the left of McD's coming from the parking lot.
Good news!
Like Rainforest, it has a bunch of rooms. We were just in front of the Ice Cave. Instead of periodic thunderstorms, there are periodic asteroid (meteor?) storms.
P.S. The food was TERRIFIC, too! I had a lobster ravioli that was insanely delicious.
LOVED it - we all did! I'll post some pics in a minute...
Oh good. I just have to decide if I want to do it the day we arrive (since we don't do a park on that day) or later in the week when we have a break from the parks day.
I am also trying to decide on one TS for when we are at Universal. We've been to Margaritaville before and really liked. I would like to go to the Bubba Gump Shrimp Company, but I have to check the kids menu out there, and also make sure they have some sort of chicken dish for Jim who doesn't like fish. Anybody here been to city walk? Any good restaurant recommendations?:confused:
I;m getting flustered with the Universal part. The section here on the Dis is very inadequete and there aren't many more sites out there about Universal.
Great pics V, even Gramma looks happy!:goodvibes Meteor storms? Loud? Should I make sure I have Jimmy's earplugs with me?
Morning :goodvibes
Slate, glad the tooth thing worked out and it didn't cause you too much pain.
Just got a call from the in-laws...slow start for them yesterday so it sounds like they'll be here in the morning. But it came with a warning...maybe tonight. So, why bother calling? I still have no idea when they will be here. :confused3 But, they are coming for #2s birthday, and he doesn't know, so the surprise will be nice for him.
V, that ice room looks AWESOME!!!!!!!!
Hope all is well.
Thanks for the T-Rex info. we are planning on eating there as well. Nana has been looking over the board to see were we should sit and what we should order. She is turning out to be a very good planning apprentice. I was worried at first but she is coming around to the joy of planning.
Jo - I need your help but it is not related to WDW. My ds is a nut about Fireman Sam. I wanted to get him some things for Christmas but the shipping was crazy. Any idea of a cheap way to get Fireman Sam items shipped here. Maybe a web site I missed with really good over seas shipping. Thanks for any information.
Yes. :headache: That's why poor Camryn has been suffering- allergies.
It doesn't look like it is on the DDP, but I think we'll still go and pay OOP. There's nothing like that around here, unlike the Rain Forest Cafe.
No, but I'll figure it out before we go. Thanks for the pics. It looks amazing! :banana:
That was my next question. :laughing:
What do you want to know? Email me if you want. :)
Mostly about the restaurants at City Walk? Do they have kids menu's? If they do they don't have them on line!:headache:
I've been several years ago so I don't think there is as much to plan as there is with WDW, park wise. Plus by staying on property you get Front of the Line Access. This is one perk they offer that Disney doesn't, but I don't see how Disney could with the amount of hotels they have!
I;m getting flustered with the Universal part. The section here on the Dis is very inadequete and there aren't many more sites out there about Universal.
ITA. Have you taken Jimmy before? We've never been and I'm not sure it's any good for Leo yet. Remember - he won't even ride half the stuff at WDW! :headache:
Great pics V, even Gramma looks happy!:goodvibes Meteor storms? Loud? Should I make sure I have Jimmy's earplugs with me?
Definitely loud - about the same as Rainforest.
:hug: And I'm embarassed to say thanks for the Bday reminder - I haven't updated my 2009 calendar yet! :eek:
Oh, I must try then! :goodvibes
Seriously, I ate way more than I should have because I just couldn't stop, lol!
