Happy New Year, yeah I know I'm late, but I like to think I'm fashionably late
So crazy with year end at work and the holidays. And I had a fibro flare in the midst of all it
So now I am looking forward to finishing up year end reporting over the next month or so. I have done some vacation planning though to help get through the stress. Well May is pretty much planned as that is the tour to Italy, not much for me to do except pack and show up. But September....
I got an email from Jet Blue that they had released the fares for Sept and they had $89 one way fares, which is the cheapest I have seen in a loooong time. Last time I got under $200 was when I took Kelly (and that was Continental). So I grabbed that price. I booked from Sept 8th - 18th. I am working the 8th so it's late flight, but better than getting up the next day for the early morning one.
I think I mentioned that I can get super cheap rates with Marriot because of work. I book the Marriot near Sea World for the 8th, spending the day at on the 9th at Seaworld, (I really fell in love with it last trip). And then (V you here?) 2 nights in Tampa, near Busch Gardens. I'm there the night of 9th and 10th. Spending the 10th at BG and probably some of the 11th too. I found a great deal on a combo ticket for SW, BG and Aquatica on line. It was $109.
95 for 14 days unlimited access to all 3 parks (doesn't expire until 12/31/10). (Will do Aquatica later in the week when at WDW). I have been wanting to try Aquatica and this ticket is perfect why pay nearly $40 for a WDW water park when it was so much cheaper to go to Aquatica. (The 2 park combo ticket was 99.95, so only $10 more to add the 3rd park)
I insist on meeting up with you V while I'm in Tampa.
Well that's it, except I think I will am going to switch to BC from BW when the 7 month window opens up next month.
Hope you all are great and once things calm down I promise to get here more often and maybe finish that mini trip report from Thanksgiving.
