Hey,
Has anyone seen Leesa aka "Lifelong Dreamer " post lately? I know she is busy with school.

I sort of ripped on someone on the TR board, and I am hoping she didn't make up a new alias name and post this bogus TR. I should believe "all DIS Members" are truthful and would never make up a TR. I thought about it all nite, and then thought this morning, dang, the writing style is so much like Leesa.

So, I thought if she would be any where, she would be posting on this thread. Good Lord, I hope it isn't her.

No way. She doesn't have the time for that. She's a good girl and wouldn't do anything spiteful.

ETA: You know, the more I think about this, the more I feel like you should delete that post. We have no idea what's going on on the other boards, but Lessa's our friend and coming over and essentially throwing out accusations when you have no facts to back them is uncalled for.

I'm sorry. I don't want to be mean, but I would hope someone would stand up for me if my character was being questioned.

I just caught up. Things are SO nuts here, I feel like if I ever stand or sit still I fall asleep. Sort of redonkulous....

My life in a nutshell:
SD was accepted to his University of choice, which I won't post here, as we appear to have LURKERS! LOL The day after the acceptance letter came, he got one saying that his "Outstanding GPA and ACT scores have earned him the Presidential Merit Scholarship" and will pay him 38K over 4 years!!! THANK YOU!!!! WOW!!!!

NotBob is working like a dog, sick as one too, and we never see him anymore. It's hard on him, and us but we're trying to stick it out. Gus is doing great in school, has decided he wants to try Karate and is generally in good spirits.
We're excited for our trip to FL in December. Can't wait to get back to the sun! Today's high in Michigan: 44

They are really nearly beyond toys. Wii games, etc., but thankfully it seems like we're done with plastic carp.

D took me out to dinner, since I cleaned all day. I had martinis. Plural. It's kind of too bad.

Eveening all !!Had a 13 hour day today trying to catch up !!While I did a lot , I can actually see my desk now !!I still am sooo far behind !! I worked for hours on the financials and finally siad that's it I am heading home , at this point the bosses can kiss my sweet petunnie if I am a little late !!This has been such a busy but fun month other than the EXand throwing me into a mini depression!!
I turned in all my receipts and change from the Albany bothe the Big Boss and the Accounts payable manager said I did GREAT!!!!

Little work humor .... One of my consumer's Frank wears a hearing aid WHEN he hasn't lost it , which is frequent anywho his has been missing for weeks !!This morning the staff noticed a hearing aid in the med room BUT it doesn't fit his ear !!! So now we are wondering who is misssing a hearing aid that dear Frank has swiped !!!!

The Username is very similar to Leesa's too. This happens sometimes, people see popular TR's and they will copy certain things to catch readers. Oh please Jimmy is picking one of everything from the three catalogs that have come so far He still plays with his transformers and bukugan...Thank goodness they aren't terribly expensive. We are getting him the Wii and then some small things.

WHat happened

Dudes. I want to just freakin' KILL someone. Seriously... I want to chop someone into itty bitty pieces and feed them to the snapping turtle in the park.

I need therapy. Or anger management. Or anger management therapy.


I'm just annoyed with my Girl Scout co-leader. She's a flake and now her unorganized, overextended, bit off more than she can chew, doesn't know WTH she is doing, life is affecting me and I'm sick of it.

So how's everyone else doing?

Afternoon all. Too many posts to comment on so I am doing a quick drop in/fly-by.

Glad elections are over. The ads were annoying! I actually saw 2 committeemen from different parties get into a big fight at the polls - it almost came to blows being exchanged. It had something to do with placards and was just a little too childish.

I am a little angry with Jim right now. The man lives in the 1970's. He got a sock burn on his toe in Disney and I did some research on what to do to prevent the problem in the future. He needs different socks to start with. He insists on me finding all-cotton, to the knee tube socks. Um yeah, they don't sell them anymore or they are very hard to find. He won't test his sugar and gets mad at me because he has diabetes. I told him that I am going back to my happy place ALONE in May to see Davy Jones. He told me to go ahead. I hate when he calls my bluff. He did buy me flowers the other night and Chinese food to try and get on my good side.

Crystal has had a substitute for 2 weeks and NO HOMEWORK! I called the school this morning because I don't think that is a good thing. They don't know when the teacher is coming back but one of the other first grade teachers is going to check on the class and make sure that they are getting homework at least. Other parents called and complained about the situation also. Of course Crystal thinks that no homework and a substitute is good because they get to play in school alot.

Oh well, it is raining here and I only have Ella to watch. Mikey has speech and Anthony is home with Daddy. My future SIL is a cement contractor and doesn't work in this weather. I am going shopping because it is so much easier with one little one. Hope you all have a good afternoon. I will pop in again but editing photopass pics is time consuming.

good day all !!! I went to the doctor's this morning, saw the new doctor and i like her a lot !!! She increased my anxiety/depression meds and ordered me Loratadine for seasonal allergies !!Gave me 2 types of inhalers one daily and one as needed !!Have tto go back for a full physical next month after getting the FASTING bloodwork done !!I hate fasting bloodwork, cuz I want my COFFEEE!! No real problems and my BP as always was excellent !!!So Rosie is doing good !!!

Happy Thursday.

it's a stinky rainy & sniffly day for me.

KC is doing his last 3 days at the old job & then next week the crazy begins. We sat around for the past few days really just taking advantage that these are the last few days off he's going to have for a while. The thing I like least about this job is the not knowing ahead of time when he's working...planning stuff becomes difficult.

I never heard back from the 3 interview job & I am a lot annoyed at them. After all that can't I get a courtesy call, and if they don't want me for supervisor can't they offer me the cashier job? I went through an outside company so I don't even have a # to call.

Anyways... just playing catch up today, its so much easier to do when KC is working and not home contributing to the mess.

That TR was BS, IMO.
