Oh Janet---she's YOUR mom not your cousins or other "well meaning" relatives. You know what's best for her and your family. I too have had it up to HERE with crap this week.....

"oh....I didn't know she had a birthday party..."
(Really??--cause she's been at a nursing home for 5 months, and you could have stopped by to visit and catch up with current events)

"I don't do well with death so I'm not coming to the viewing" (my #$&** brother who hasn't seen her in over 2 years....and we had to change the funeral date so he could go motorcycle racing)


UG! We have a private family viewing at 11 so I gotta get going...funeral is at 2pm

And FWIW---let your mom do all the planning she needs----trust me, if it's 30 years from now when she passes, you will be grateful for her planning. That's been a considerable stress reducer this week. (Nana planned hers over 20 years ago!)

not much going on today. Had plumber here because one of the toilets wasnt flushing. He gets here and its flushes!!!! He tried to "simulate" a clog by putting 1/2 roll of TP in there and flushing and NO PROBLEMS. He did this several times....no problems...wasted a morning home for that
Anyway just hockey,hockey and more hockey this weekend

SOmeone told me that I should I cancel the garage sale and stop doing all the other stuff becasue of my mom. I think that I need to try and keep things as normal as possible, not only for me...but, most importantly for Jimmy. What are your thoughts? Am I wrong to keep just going along? The way some people are making me feel, it's like they think I don't care about my mom

Well, I finally got to ride Ghost Galaxy at Disneyland today. It ROCKED! It was a nice morning - but VERY crowded with Canadians. Is it a holiday in Canada this week, ehhh?

Hello Fockers and Happy Sunday !!! Judy and the kids went to Fright Night at Darien Lake yesterday !! Kyle won a HUGE Lion with those ring toss games , ya know the ones where it is a total fluke if you win Getting my packing done and tomorrow I shop for the couple of things I need and then on Tuesday Carol and I go out to shop for the trip!!! We don't need a lot other than memory book supplies !! Have to get the Koolaid packets in both s/f and regular !!Hoping Walmart has the regularGoing to work at 2 pm toll midnight and am watching Kyle tomorrow soooo no sleeping in ,that boy is UP early!!!
