I don't know, but DH uses it occasionally when I drag him to Disneyland for the 10th time in a month!

He applied to be on the Dream Squad and GOT IT!!! He starts in 2 weeks!!! He's soooo stoked!! He's been an employee at Dland for 8 months. I can't wait to hear all about his new position!

Me: "yeah , I would love to go to Disney on one of my big days (ie birthday, anniversary, Columbus Day, .Saturday....), but I would hate to leave you all."
DD13: That's ok.......I'm all DISNEYED out right now."

Yes, It sounds like she is trying to get rid of you. I like how she starts out there like, "you should go somewhere" when I'm sure she knows where you would go

I told a co-worker that another co-worker is at "the happiest place on earth" and she didn't know what it was - asked me if that was the mall!

I laughed and said I guess it could be a very large shoe store, but no it is Disney! Then told her she must go if she has never been.

yes........but she has got me thinking about some time away. My anniversary is 5/19 (17 years!)......too far away now for Disney sad1: )but maybe a quick trip to Dollywood....(AKA "Scotland" to Jo!)

We always said we would celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary by going back to the Maldives where we honeymooned well guess where we went Disney World Of course it was for the kids

I took mine out of school in kindergarten and so far, they still seem to know the letter "A"!!
Seriously, enjoy those times---now, I can't seem to schedule a Sept trip as my DD will be in high school........"I have band camp that week....that's homecoming week.......if I miss more than 4 classes, I have to take the midterm..." Whine, whine, whine....

I vow to remember that soon I will be more worried about my kids staying IN school than what the teachers say when I take them out now!

MAJOR POST SCRIPT:
When I finally got up the nerve to broach the subject with DH, we were lying in bed in the dark, I took a deep breath and said "I've been thinking that it would be better to take my parents to WDW..." etc. etc. When I was finished there was a pause and then I heard "Uhm, ok..."
Pretty anticlimactic, not sure if it was worth all the space my posts took up,

Well, I must be really bored without the kids here, cause I just surfed the net and found several references to the aforementioned commercial!
No, it wasn't Snapple (but I loved that in CT--can't find it here).

I found this reference on one site:

"Not to sound like an old Bartles and James commercial, but we want to thank you for your support. "

and apparently, there is a place on myspace where you can see the whole commercial. Guess the old guys are probably not with us anymore.
