I feel like I'm crashing the party...
I just gotta jump in here and let you know I had a Focker spotting this last Saturday (9/15)... In Adventure Land, by Pirates. You had on your lanyard and a Pooh character hat. I'll confess... I'm a Dis Poser - I lurk too much and didn't feel qualified to do the signal. Any way, you were spotted!

Was V in FQ or POR?? Cause the mold and asthma thing scared me as I have that problem too.

I've stayed in both - POR was msot recent and the ground floor room in Parterre Place was mildewy and damp. But I stayed in Alligator Bayou on the 2nd floor last Dec. and no trouble at all. POFQ was also an upper floor and no problems, as was CBR. I'm 99% convinced its being on teh ground floor that's the problem and have requested and upper floor for my next visit accordingly

The bird is a sparrow hawk and apparently quite rare now!

I changed my avatar but it's meant to move and it's not

Off to Jess's school BBQ then concert tonight so won't get on until tomorrow, guess what I'm doing again tomorrow

DH and I have enjoyed looking up sparrow hawks. In America, it is called a kestral (although Wiki said it's more of a falcon than the European sparrow hawk.)
He wants to know what it caught.

Good to know about the rooms--I take my inhaler and sometimes my nebulizer on trips but really hate to have to use them. But I get shots each week for mold so I do try to avoid it.

They ARE cool pineapple-pumpkins! So, that's what Floridians decorate??

Well the girls concert was excellent last night Ellie did a solo of doe a deer from sound of music and Jess sung the part of zazzu (sp?) in I just can't wait to be king from the lion king, also they sung several other songs with their choir, I'll try post some photos later. I just wished I'd taken a cussion as it was about 2 1/2 hours long

It was a nice day yesterday--actually a bit hot in the sun, but we had a good time. Tickets are hard to come by or I would go every week!

I gotta take BA today to get her allergy testing done. She has been off all meds since Friday and has sneezed all weekend. I feel sorry for her.

AE is having some trouble at school--she and her friends are being harassed by a group of mean Gothic girls (one of them attacked her BF on Thursday at lunch). It really has me worried and I'm not sure what to do--the mean girls say they hate the way my girls dress (they wear Aero, Hollister--teenage stuff). Her BFs dad (who is a colleague of my DH) is going to talk to the principal and resource officer today. She has school play practice after school and I worry about her being by herself.
Anyone have any experience with this stuff??
