Oh I will go into details. I'm alive so it doesn't matter anymore... I've come to grips with it. It was totally an accident. My mom and I joke about it all the time now.
I grew up at my grandmas house. We have 1/2 acre of land that is literally all trees, and there is no really sunny area except for the driveway, so for the last 40 years kids have played there with chalk, bikes, sunning after getting out of the pool etc.
That day was no exception and I was getting some sun since it was July. My mom didn't know I was home and drove up the driveway (a steep hill) and just drove over me.
Funny thing was she traded her van in (which sat her up high since she is 4'11") and got a ford focus which my brother had just said at the light before our house, mommy why did you turn the car off its only a red light. It wasn't turned off, it was just a really quiet car. I never heard it they never saw me. I was fine except for fractures and a crush wound to the leg (just a ton of swelling and bruising) I also had a broken toe, a really bad burn on my ankle bone and there were thank God no stomach injuries.
So all in all I guess I can say yeah, I am pretty tough
We totally joke about it now so its all good.
AHHH the dvc. well I am a little leery about putting so much money into it right now when we have some bills we can pay off. I want to start with a small 25-30 point contract since we have the in cash. Financing it is possible and wouldn't hurt our budget at all but I also want to be able to go to rehoboth beach and other places so I think taking baby steps is the key. Hubby wants to buy full in at once.
